You authorize the connection
An admin of your ATS approves access from Delectus during setup. There is nothing to install.
Your jobs and applications come in
Job postings, applications and resumes are pulled from your ATS automatically. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in your ATS.
The agents take it from there
Every resume is read and ranked, candidates are prescreened by SMS or phone, and your interviews are prepared and transcribed.

Does Delectus change the data in my ATS?
No. The connection is read-only: Delectus pulls in your job postings, applications and resumes, and your ATS stays exactly as it is.
Do I need to switch ATS to use Delectus?
No. You keep your ATS. Delectus sits on top of it to read resumes, prescreen candidates and support your interviews.
My ATS isn't on the list. What now?
Let us know during the demo. The list of supported ATS keeps growing, and Delectus also works on its own, with your resumes imported.
Where is the data pulled from the ATS hosted?
In the European Union. It is never used to train a model, and it follows your retention periods.
