Recruiting, the most time-consuming part of HR
- Screening one by one. Every application has to be opened, read and compared with the role, often in between other HR tasks.
- Forgotten profiles. Good candidates from a previous search sit in the system without being contacted for the next one.
- Interviews without a scorecard. Interviews follow one another with no shared criteria, and comparisons come down to impressions.
How the ClayHR integration works
- You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin on your ClayHR account authorizes Delectus to read your job postings and applications.
- Applications arrive in Delectus. Job postings, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in ClayHR.
- The agents take it from there. Each resume is compared with the job, then the prescreening agents reach out to the candidates you shortlist.
What does the Delectus ClayHR integration add?
ClayHR is your HR software: it brings together people management and hiring tracking.
Delectus doesn't replace ClayHR. It sits on top of the recruiting side and takes on some of the work the software leaves to your team: reading resumes, reaching out to candidates and preparing interviews. You keep ClayHR for everything else.
The connection is read-only. Delectus pulls in your job postings, applications and resumes but writes nothing back to ClayHR: your records and statuses stay exactly as they are. The data is hosted in the European Union, is never used to train models and follows your retention periods. The decisions stay with your team.
Bringing method back into recruiting
Delectus gives ClayHR's recruiting side what's often missing: clear criteria, applied the same way to every application. The criteria come from the job posting and are then used for screening, prescreening and the interview.
Job postings and applications are pulled in read-only. The resume ranking is explained, prescreening by text or phone follows the job's questions, and the interview kit uses the same criteria. At last, you compare candidates on the same basis.
Screen ClayHR applications without reading every one
The AI reads every resume that comes from ClayHR, turns it into a structured profile and compares it with the job. The ranking it produces is explained: you see why one candidate comes out on top and what another one is missing. No candidate is rejected without you.
The applications you bring in also grow your candidate database. When a new job opens, Delectus suggests past candidates who fit it, and you can search your database in plain language, then narrow down by experience, skills or location.
Prescreen by text and by phone
Shortlisted candidates get a message from the SMS prescreening agent. It introduces itself as an AI, asks for the candidate's consent and holds a real conversation around the job's questions, adapting its tone to the person.
If the texts go unanswered after two follow-ups, the voice agent takes over by phone, then alerts you if the call doesn't get through. Answers are filed in the candidate profile, and the agent offers a time slot taken from your Outlook or Teams calendar.
Example: reusing a previous search
A company opens a payroll specialist role six months after a similar hire. Before you even read the new applications, Delectus suggests two finalists from the previous search, pulled in from ClayHR with their resumes.
The SMS prescreening agent texts them to ask whether they're still looking. One of them replies the same day and agrees to an interview. The role is filled without waiting for the job ad to finish running.
Prepare every interview without spending your evening on it
Before each interview, you have a set of questions specific to the role and a summary of the candidate. During the interview, whether you run it on video or Alicia, the AI interviewer, does, the transcript is produced in real time. The report that follows sorts the answers by theme: technical skills, soft skills and motivation.
