Perview is recruiting software that keeps jobs and applications in one place.
The Perview integration connects it to Delectus, read-only. Nothing changes in Perview. For a network of branches or stores, the benefit is twofold: each local manager saves time on screening and calls, and the whole network applies the same selection method.
One method for every location
Each job's criteria drive the resume ranking, the agents' questions and the interview kit. A sales associate role is assessed the same way in Nantes and in Strasbourg. Candidates are compared on what they answered, and the location manager makes the final call.
Example: a network of local staffing agencies
A network of about ten agencies is always hiring account managers and recruiters. The jobs are managed in Perview. In Delectus, a candidate who applied in Lyon but would rather work in Villeurbanne is suggested to the neighboring agency as soon as it opens a role. The SMS prescreening agent checks their start date and whether they can commute.
The regional director follows hiring progress on each agency's kanban board, without calling every manager for updates.
Help new managers learn to hire
A newly promoted branch manager hasn't always run interviews before. Each job's interview kit gives them the questions and the scoring criteria, and the candidate profile shows what has already been checked. If they want, they can run the interview over video in Delectus, with a live transcript and suggested follow-up questions.
Local managers who get candidates ready to meet
The SMS prescreening agent contacts the shortlisted candidates, introduces itself as an AI, gets their consent and asks the practical questions: workdays, hours, start date, commute to the location. The conversation can also happen on WhatsApp. If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls.
The branch manager finds completed candidate profiles and meetings booked into their open slots, and a notification lets them know as soon as a candidate replies.
Move the right candidates around the network
In Delectus, every candidate in the network becomes a searchable profile. A branch that opens a role sees the people who applied elsewhere and fit, with their score and the reasons behind it. Headquarters follows each job's progress on its kanban board. Data is hosted in the European Union.
