When a small business opens several roles at once
- Applications coming in everywhere. Three sales roles, an administrative assistant and a technician: each posting has its own flow, and nobody has time to read everything the same day.
- Endless first calls. Before offering an interview, you have to check territory, driver's license and availability. Those calls eat up the owner's or the manager's afternoon.
- Candidates who go elsewhere. A good sales rep who waits a week for an answer often signs somewhere else in the meantime.
How the 100Hires integration works
- Access authorized. An admin on your 100Hires account authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications during setup.
- Automatic import. Jobs, applications and resumes arrive in Delectus. Nothing is written or changed in 100Hires.
- The agents get to work. Resumes are ranked against the job, then the agents contact the candidates you pick.
What the 100Hires integration changes for a small team
100Hires is recruiting software small businesses use to post their jobs and track their candidates. It keeps the work organized. What it doesn't do for you is read every resume, call every candidate and prepare every interview.
Delectus takes on that part. Every application imported from 100Hires is read by AI and compared to the job, with a fit score and the reasons behind the ranking. You start your day with the candidates closest to the role, instead of starting at the top of the pile.
Example: a company hiring five field sales reps
A services company opens five field sales roles across three regions. In a week, the postings published from 100Hires get several dozen applications each. In Delectus, candidates who have already sold B2B in the right territory come out on top, with a summary of their strengths and gaps.
The SMS prescreening agent texts the shortlisted candidates the same day. It introduces itself as an AI, asks for their consent, then checks the target territory, driver's license, availability and pay expectations. Those who don't reply get two follow-ups, then a call from the voice agent. The sales manager only runs the interviews that matter.
The same process works for harder-to-fill roles. For the assistant or the technician, AI compares each resume to the job's criteria and shows you, criterion by criterion, what it found. You can see right away if a candidate has the required experience but not the right industry, and you decide whether they're worth a conversation.
Prescreen 100Hires candidates without spending the whole day on it
Candidates' answers land in their profile, sorted by criterion, with the conversation history. When an answer is vague or contradicts another one, the agent asks for clarification. The conversation can also happen on WhatsApp, and the agent offers a meeting in your real open slots thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams.
If a candidate still can't be reached after the follow-ups and the call, you're notified and you decide what to do next. Nobody gets set aside without you.
Better-prepared interviews
For each job, Delectus prepares a kit of questions and criteria. The interview can take place over video in the platform, with a live transcript, or a first round can be run by Alicia, the AI interviewer. The report by topic helps you compare candidates on the same basis, even when several managers are involved.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup starts with connecting 100Hires, then with your criteria. For each job, you specify what's required and what's nice to have, and you choose the questions the agent will ask. Delectus suggests a first version based on the posting, which you adjust. The first applications are ranked as soon as they arrive, and you check on a few candidates that the ranking matches what you would have done. If it doesn't, you fix the criteria, not the ranking by hand.
Your 100Hires data stays as it is
The connection is read-only: Delectus picks up your jobs, applications and resumes without writing anything to 100Hires. Data is hosted in the European Union, isn't used to train any model and follows your retention periods.
Frequently asked questions
Does Delectus replace 100Hires?
No. You keep 100Hires to post and track your jobs. Delectus adds resume reading, candidate prescreening and interview prep on top of it.
Does Delectus change data in 100Hires?
No. The connection is read-only, and nothing is written to your recruiting software.
How do I connect 100Hires to Delectus?
An admin on your 100Hires account authorizes access from Delectus during setup. Applications then come in automatically.
Do candidates know they're talking with an AI?
Yes. The SMS and voice prescreening agents introduce themselves as an AI from the very first message and ask for the candidate's consent.
Does the AI reject candidates?
No. It ranks applications and explains why. Whether to move a candidate forward is your decision.
