- You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin on your Jobylon account authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.

- The agents qualify in French. Resumes are compared with the job, then the agents contact shortlisted candidates.

The SMS prescreening agent introduces itself as an AI, asks for the candidate's consent, then asks the job's questions. It understands free-form answers and follows up when a detail is missing. It can also communicate over WhatsApp. If there is no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls, with a French voice. If the candidate still can't be reached, the recruiter is alerted.
When everything fits, the agent offers a meeting in the recruiter's actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams.

Every interview can take place by video in the platform, with a real-time transcript and a report by theme at the end. The hiring manager in France and the leader at headquarters read the same summary, with the candidate's quotes, to decide together.
