Find the right people in your Lever talent pool
When you open a role, Delectus searches your database on its own for past candidates who fit it. A finalist from a previous search or someone you met a year ago for another role can come back to the top of the list, with the reasons that bring them close to the need.
For a specific search, you write what you're looking for the way you'd say it to a colleague, for example "B2B product manager, marketplace experience, Paris area." The search compares career paths rather than words, and filters then narrow it down by experience, skill or location. Each profile's summary and the AI chat quickly tell you whether the person is worth contacting again.
Re-engage candidates by text or phone
A profile you've found only helps if the person is available and interested. For those you pick, the SMS prescreening agent sends a first message that says it is an AI and asks for the candidate's consent. It first checks interest and current situation, then asks the job's questions. The conversation can also take place on WhatsApp.
If there is no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls, then alerts you if the person still can't be reached. When the answers fit, it offers a meeting in your actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams. A notification lets you know as soon as a candidate replies.
Interviews that leave a useful record
A relationship with a candidate builds on what they said in interviews. In Delectus, the interview takes place by video with a real-time transcript, or a first round is handed to Alicia, the AI interviewer. The report presents the answers by theme and quotes the passages that support them.
