A small HR team facing many roles
- Few recruiters. In many organizations, two or three people handle all the hiring, on top of the rest of the HR function.
- Applications read late. Resumes wait their turn while the team deals with urgent matters.
- Meetings that are hard to schedule. Between candidates, hiring managers and calendars, organizing interviews takes forever.
How the HireBridge integration works
- You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin on your HireBridge account authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
- Applications arrive. Jobs, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only. Nothing is changed in HireBridge.
- The agents take over. AI ranks the resumes, then the agents contact shortlisted candidates and book interviews.
What does the Delectus HireBridge integration add?
HireBridge is your applicant tracking software: your jobs, stages and history stay there. Delectus adds to it by doing part of the work the ATS leaves to the team.
In practice, AI reads every resume as soon as it arrives and tells you why it does or doesn't fit the job. The agents handle first conversations with candidates and set up meetings. The HR team stays in charge of what needs its judgment: interviews and the decision.
Applications ranked as soon as they arrive
For each job, the applications pulled from HireBridge are ranked with a match score and its reasons: a skill present, similar experience, a compatible location. A summary covers each profile's strengths and gaps. No candidate is set aside without you: the ranking is there so you read in the right order.
Meetings that schedule themselves
The SMS prescreening agent writes to shortlisted candidates, introduces itself as an AI and asks for their consent, then checks the role's conditions. It also communicates over WhatsApp, and the voice agent calls if messages go unanswered after two follow-ups.
When the answers fit, the agent offers the candidate slots taken from real calendars, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams. You get a notification and the meeting appears in your calendar. If a hiring manager needs to weigh in, you assign them a task from the candidate profile.
Example: ten roles open at the same time
An HR manager is handling ten searches on her own, from accountant to technician. Applications pulled from HireBridge are ranked job by job. The SMS agent qualifies shortlisted candidates and offers slots. By the end of the week, she has run her interviews with question kits and transcripts, instead of spending her days on the phone.
Candidates who weren't selected stay in the Delectus candidate database with their answers and report. The next month, when a similar role opens, she starts with them, and the agent reaches out again once they consent.
What your HR team keeps, what it hands off
Your team keeps what needs its judgment: defining the need with the hiring manager, interviews, the assessment of candidates and the decision. It also keeps the relationship with finalists, at the moment when you need to win them over.
It hands off to Delectus what takes time without needing its presence: the first read of resumes, basic checks with each candidate, follow-ups and scheduling meetings. For a small team, that's often the difference between staying on top of hiring and being swamped by it.
HireBridge integration: your data stays untouched
The connection is read-only: Delectus writes nothing to HireBridge. The data retrieved is hosted in the European Union, is not used to train any model and follows your retention periods.
