How the Oleeo integration works

1. You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin of your Oleeo platform authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
2. Applications arrive in Delectus. Jobs, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only. Nothing is changed in Oleeo.
3. AI screens, the agents qualify. Every resume is compared with the job, then the prescreening agents contact the shortlisted candidates.

What does the Delectus Oleeo integration add?

Oleeo is a recruiting software of British origin, used by large organizations that handle high volumes. Your campaigns, forms and stages stay configured in Oleeo.

Delectus adds to it where volume weighs most. AI reads every resume as soon as it arrives and compares it with the job's criteria, with a match score and its reasons. The agents then handle the first conversations, so the team can spend its time on candidates who are already qualified.

Screen thousands of applications without missing any

The ranking helps you read the profiles closest to the role first, without setting anyone aside for you. For each candidate, a summary covers strengths and gaps, and the score breakdown shows what counted. For junior profiles, AI relies on education, internships and the projects described rather than years of experience.

Candidates who don't fit a job stay in your Delectus candidate database. When a similar job opens, they're suggested to you again.

A first interview run by AI

During peaks, the first round can be handed to Alicia, the AI interviewer. The candidate picks a slot, Alicia introduces herself as an AI, asks the interview kit's questions and follows up when an answer lacks an example. The recruiter receives the transcript and a report by theme, technical skills, soft skills and motivation.

Before that, the SMS prescreening agent can check the basics, such as availability for the work-study program, city or school schedule. It also communicates over WhatsApp, and the voice agent calls if messages go unanswered after two follow-ups.

Example: a work-study apprenticeship campaign

A group opens a hundred work-study apprentice positions across its branches. Applications pulled from Oleeo are ranked for each branch. The SMS agent checks the work-study schedule and area of each shortlisted candidate, then offers a first interview with Alicia. Branch managers then only meet the candidates whose report interests them, with comparable summaries.

The next campaign starts from that foundation. Candidates who weren't selected but had a good report are suggested first for roles in nearby branches, and the prescreening questions are adjusted based on what managers noted this year.

Before a campaign opens, you define in Delectus each job's criteria, the questions the SMS agent will ask and the first-interview kit. You open slots for Alicia and for recruiters, then let the applications pulled from Oleeo come in.

During the campaign, the kanban board shows for each job who has been contacted, who has replied, who has done the first interview and who is waiting for a decision. Notifications let you know when a candidate replies, and you can assign tasks to managers from the candidate profile. At the end, candidates who weren't selected stay in your candidate database for the next campaign.

Oleeo integration: nothing is changed in your ATS

The connection is read-only. Delectus pulls your jobs, applications and resumes without writing anything to Oleeo. The data retrieved is hosted in the European Union, is not used to train any model and follows your retention periods.
