Job postings, applications and resumes from PCRecruiter flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in PCRecruiter: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

Where time gets lost between PCRecruiter and your clients

  • A database built over years. The older the database, the richer it is, and the harder it is to find the right profile with a few keywords.
  • Searches redone for every role. The same queries come back from one assignment to the next, with forgotten profiles every time.
  • Uneven interview notes. Depending on the day, the notes taken during an interview are more or less complete, and the client can tell.

How Delectus connects to PCRecruiter

  1. You authorize the connection. A PCRecruiter administrator approves access from Delectus during setup.
  2. Your talent pool arrives in Delectus. Jobs, candidates and resumes are picked up automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in PCRecruiter.
  3. The agents take it from there. Every resume is ranked with its reasons, then the prescreening agents reach out to the shortlisted candidates.

Setting up the PCRecruiter integration

PCRecruiter is candidate and client tracking software used by recruitment agencies and independent recruiters. All it takes is for an administrator of your PCRecruiter to authorize access from Delectus. Jobs, applications and resumes are then picked up automatically, and every new resume is analyzed as soon as it arrives.

You decide each role's criteria and prescreening questions. The AI ranks, summarizes and prepares. The agents reach out to shortlisted candidates, and you stay in control of every step.

Getting up to speed is quick. One role is enough to see how the AI reads your resumes and how candidates respond to the agents. You then extend to your other assignments at your own pace, without changing how your team is organized.

What Delectus adds to your PCRecruiter

With PCRecruiter, your data is well organized. What's missing is the time to put it to use for every new request. Delectus brings an AI read of every resume, a candidate database you can search in plain language and recommendations of past candidates as soon as a role opens.

On the candidate side, the SMS prescreening agent opens the conversation and the voice agent takes over when messages go unanswered. On the client side, candidate submissions are generated in your agency's format, with their versions and a share link. Your team stays in charge of every decision.

Searching your PCRecruiter database the way you talk

Resumes picked up from PCRecruiter become structured profiles you can query in everyday language. The search compares career paths rather than words: a candidate who describes their experience differently still comes up if they're a fit.

For each result, a summary lays out the profile's strengths and gaps for the role, and the AI chat answers your specific questions, for example "has she ever managed a team?", based on the resume.

Transcribed interviews for stronger submissions

Interviews can take place over video in Delectus, with a question kit prepared for the role, a live transcript and follow-up question suggestions on topics not yet covered. At the end, a report organized by topic quotes the candidate's answers.

When the client asks what exactly the candidate said on a subject, you find the passage instead of searching through your notes. The candidate submission rests on facts, which makes it more convincing.

Example: an independent recruiter working solo

An independent recruiter juggles several assignments at once from PCRecruiter. With Delectus, the prescreening agents text and call candidates while she's in client meetings.

In the evening, she finds the answers sorted by criterion in each candidate profile and the interviews already booked on her calendar. She spends the next day interviewing rather than chasing.

Your PCRecruiter data stays untouched

The connection is read-only. Delectus picks up your jobs, candidates and their resumes, but writes nothing to PCRecruiter: your records, statuses and history stay exactly as they are.

Synced data is hosted in the European Union, is never used to train models and follows your retention periods. Candidates contacted by the agents are told from the very first message that they're talking to an AI, and can end the conversation at any time.
