Where the hours go at a recruitment agency
- Reading before you can call. Before the first call, you have to open every resume and decide whether it's worth it. On a popular job, that reading takes all morning.
- Calls that go unanswered. Candidates are at work. You leave a message, you call back, and the day fills up with attempts.
- Client submissions to reformat. To present a candidate, you have to rework their resume and the interview summary into the agency's format.
How the Carerix integration works
- You authorize the connection. During setup, a Carerix admin authorizes access from Delectus.
- The data comes in. Job postings, applications and resumes sync read-only, with no double data entry.
- The agents take it from there. Resume screening, prescreening by text or phone, preparation of interviews and candidate submissions.

Carerix in a nutshell
Carerix is recruiting software from the Netherlands, used in particular by recruitment and staffing agencies to manage candidates, clients and assignments.
The Carerix integration changes nothing about how you use it. It gives Delectus read access to your jobs and candidates, so the AI works on the same data as your team.
Why add an AI layer to Carerix?
Recruiting software organizes the work. It doesn't read resumes for you or call candidates. That's the part of the job, repetitive but essential, that Delectus takes on.
Every application is compared with the job and gets an explained fit score. The consultant starts with the closest profiles and can read each one's strengths and gaps in a few lines. For a specific question, the AI chat queries the profile: "Has he managed a team?", "Does she know the pharmaceutical industry?". The answer is based on the resume.
Prescreen without spending the day on the phone
The SMS prescreening agent texts shortlisted candidates. It says it's an AI, asks for their consent, then asks the assignment's questions in a real conversation. It follows up when one answer contradicts another and adapts its tone to a candidate who's in a hurry or hesitant.
If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls. It rephrases, follows up and filters out background noise. If the candidate still can't be reached, the consultant is notified. When the answers fit, the agent offers an interview in your actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams.
The Carerix integration in a consultant's day
In the morning, the consultant opens Delectus and finds the applications that came in from Carerix overnight, already read and ranked. Candidates the SMS agent contacted the day before have replied, and their answers are filed in their candidate profiles. Those who didn't reply got a call from the voice agent, and the consultant knows who still needs to be reached.
They can then spend the day on what makes the agency valuable: interviews, client relationships, advising candidates. When a new assignment comes in, the candidate database suggests matching past candidates, and they can search it in everyday language for a more specific need.
What to plan before you start
Line up whoever administers Carerix to authorize the connection, and a first assignment to fine-tune the criteria and prescreening questions on. Once that first case is approved, extending to other assignments happens without changing the team's habits.
From first interview to client submission
The interview can take place on video in Delectus, with an interview kit prepared from the job posting, a real-time transcript and a report by theme at the end. The consultant adds their view, and the candidate submission is generated in the agency's branding, anonymized if the client asks. It goes out as an export or as a link the client opens without creating an account.
Carerix keeps the commercial record of the assignment. Delectus keeps the record of the selection: who was contacted, what they answered, what was sent to the client and when.
Frequently asked questions
Does Delectus replace Carerix?
No. It adds to it. Carerix remains your core software, and Delectus handles screening, prescreening and interview preparation.
Does the Carerix integration change my data?
No. Delectus reads job postings, applications and resumes from Carerix read-only. Nothing is written or changed in Carerix.
How do I connect Carerix to Delectus?
During setup, a Carerix admin authorizes the connection from Delectus. The data then comes in automatically.
Can we send the client an anonymized candidate submission?
Yes. The submission is generated in the agency's branding and can be shared without the candidate's name or contact details.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union. Resumes and conversations are never used to train models.
