Job postings, applications and resumes from Homerun flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Homerun: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

What happens to the applications from a great careers page

  • Lots of unsolicited applications. A polished careers page draws people who apply without a specific job in mind. It's not always clear what to do with them.
  • Forgotten finalists. The runner-up from a past search would have been perfect for the role that opened this month.
  • A small team reading everything. At a small business, the same people post jobs, read resumes, make calls and run interviews.

How the Homerun integration works

  1. Connection. A Homerun administrator grants access from Delectus.
  2. Read-only. Jobs, applications and resumes are read, without changing anything in Homerun.
  3. Screening, memory and prescreening. Every resume becomes a searchable profile, ranked for each job and contacted by the agents.

What does the Homerun integration bring?

Homerun is recruiting software popular with small and mid-sized businesses for its careers pages and application forms.

The Homerun integration connects your account to Delectus, read-only. You keep Homerun to attract candidates, and Delectus takes care of reading their resumes, ranking them for each role and keeping every profile searchable over time.

What to do with unsolicited applications?

An unsolicited application is valuable if you can find it at the right moment. In Delectus, every resume is turned into a structured profile, with its experience, skills and location. You can query the database in plain language, for example "event project managers, Bordeaux, fluent English", and filter by experience or skill.

And when you open a role, matching profiles you already know are suggested on their own, with their match score and the reasons behind it.

Example: an agency hiring a graphic designer

A fifteen-person communications agency opens a graphic designer role. Before the job is even posted, Delectus suggests four profiles from its database: two unsolicited applications from last year, a finalist from a previous search and a former intern. The SMS prescreening agent checks their interest and availability.

Two say yes. The agency meets them the following week, while the job posted on Homerun starts receiving new applications, read and ranked as they come in.

What a quick reply does for your employer brand

A polished careers page sets expectations. A candidate who waits three weeks for a reply comes away with a worse impression of the company. With the prescreening agents, every shortlisted candidate gets a first conversation quickly, and those who aren't a fit can hear back sooner. The conversations are clearly identified as run by an AI, and the candidate can stop them whenever they want.

Reconnecting without spending the day on it

A past candidate's situation may have changed. The SMS prescreening agent texts them, says it's an AI, asks for their consent, then checks their interest and availability before talking about the role. The conversation can happen on WhatsApp. If the messages go unanswered, the voice prescreening agent calls them, then you're notified.

A team that shares the same information

Each job has its own kanban board, and each candidate profile keeps the notes, tags, salary discussed, notice period and conversation history. You're notified when a candidate replies and can assign a task to a colleague. Data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models.
