Hiring frontline workers, fast
- Candidates who are hard to reach. Frontline candidates are often working, on a job site or on the road, and rarely pick up the phone during the day.
- Urgent hiring needs. Someone leaving or a new project starting means hiring fast, with no time to spend weeks on it.
- Requirements to check. Driver's license, certifications, mobility: every role has its prerequisites, and they need checking before any interview.
How the Arcoro integration works
- You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin on your Arcoro account authorizes Delectus to read your job postings and applications.
- Applications arrive in Delectus. Job postings, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in Arcoro.
- The agents take it from there. Each resume is compared with the job, then the prescreening agents reach out to the candidates you shortlist.
What does the Delectus Arcoro integration add?
Arcoro is your HR software: it brings together team management and hiring tracking.
Delectus doesn't replace Arcoro. It sits on top of the recruiting side and takes on some of the work the software leaves to your team: reading resumes, reaching out to candidates and preparing interviews. You keep Arcoro for everything else.
The connection is read-only. Delectus pulls in your job postings, applications and resumes but writes nothing back to Arcoro: your records and statuses stay exactly as they are. The data is hosted in the European Union, is never used to train models and follows your retention periods. The decisions stay with your team.
Reaching candidates who aren't behind a desk
For frontline jobs, the hardest part is often reaching the candidate. Texts work better than email, and a call at a time the candidate picked beats a random one.
With the Delectus Arcoro integration, applications are pulled in read-only. The SMS prescreening agent texts shortlisted candidates, checks the role's prerequisites and offers an interview. The voice agent calls those who'd rather talk, at the agreed time.
Screen Arcoro applications without reading every one
In Delectus, applications from Arcoro are ranked as soon as they arrive. Each score is explained criterion by criterion, with the parts of the resume that support it. You can also ask questions about a profile in the AI chat, for example whether the person has ever managed a team.
The applications you bring in also grow your candidate database. When a new job opens, Delectus suggests past candidates who fit it, and you can search your database in plain language, then narrow down by experience, skills or location.
Prescreen by text and by phone
Once you've picked the profiles, the SMS prescreening agent gets in touch. It says up front that it's an AI, gets the candidate's consent, then checks the points in the job posting: availability, expectations, willingness to relocate. Candidates reply when they can, by text or on WhatsApp.
When a candidate hasn't replied after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls them. If they still can't be reached, you get an alert. Each person's answers are in their candidate profile, and the interview is booked into the slots you actually have free.
Example: hiring a construction site manager
A company opens a construction site manager role. Applications arrive in Arcoro, then in Delectus, where they're ranked on site experience and the type of projects.
The SMS prescreening agent checks each candidate's availability, travel area and expectations. The technical director gets the list of prescreened candidates that same evening and picks the ones he wants to meet.
Run every interview on the same footing
The interview kit follows the job's criteria, so every candidate is asked about the same points. On a video call in the platform, the transcript scrolls as you talk and the tool suggests follow-up questions. At the end, a report by theme sums up the answers, and the recording stays available if you want to go back to a moment.
