Contact lots of candidates at once

You select the candidates to reach for an order. The SMS prescreening agent texts each one, says it's an AI, asks for their consent and checks the assignment's requirements, such as start date, hours, driver's license or travel area. Conversations run in parallel, without the recruiter dialing a single number.

The conversation can happen by text or on WhatsApp. If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls the candidate, and the recruiter is notified if they still can't be reached.

Reliable answers, in one place

Every answer is filed in the candidate profile, criterion by criterion. If one answer contradicts another, the agent asks for clarification. On the order's kanban board, the recruiter sees at a glance who's available, who has replied and who still needs to be reached.
