How the Paradox integration works

1. Connection authorized by an admin. During setup, an admin authorizes Delectus to read your recruiting data.
2. Read-only sync. Jobs, applications and resumes arrive in Delectus automatically. Paradox is not changed.
3. Analysis and interviews in Delectus. Resumes are ranked with their reasons, interviews are prepared and run, summaries are written.

Paradox is known for its conversational recruiting assistant, widely used in high-volume hiring, where it chats with candidates and schedules meetings. It covers outreach and scheduling well.

The Delectus Paradox integration focuses on the rest of the journey. It reads applications and resumes, compares them with the role and equips the interview itself, from preparation to summary. The two approaches complement each other, and the sync happens without writing to Paradox.

Assess the background, not just availability

Every synced resume is read by AI and turned into a structured profile. It is compared with the role's criteria and ranked with an explained match score. The recruiter reads a summary of the strengths and gaps for the role and can query the profile with the AI chat, for example to find out whether the candidate has worked night or rotating shifts.

The ranking shows where to start. It rejects no one, and the recruiter stays in control of the selection.

An interview run by AI or assisted by it

Delectus prepares an interview kit for each role, with questions and scoring criteria. The first interview can be handed to the AI interviewer, by video, at a time the candidate chooses. For later rounds, the recruiter or hiring manager leads the conversation, with a real-time transcript and suggested follow-up questions.

At the end, a report analyzes the answers by theme, technical skills, soft skills and motivation, with the passages that support each assessment. Candidates for the same role become comparable.

Prescreening agents as a complement

Depending on how you work, the Delectus SMS and voice prescreening agents can also ask a job's specific questions, for example to re-engage a pool of past candidates. They say they are an AI, ask for the candidate's consent and file the answers in the candidate profile.

Example: interviews for a branch network

A branch network is hiring advisors. The first conversation and scheduling happen as usual. In Delectus, resumes are read and ranked by customer-facing experience, and the first interview is handed to the AI interviewer, at a time the candidate chooses.

The branch manager then reads a report by theme for each candidate, with the passages from the interview that support each assessment. He only brings the strongest candidates in for a second interview, already knowing what to ask them about.

Data and compliance

The connection is limited to reading. Data is hosted in the European Union and is not used to train any model. Candidates are told when an interview is run by AI, and the decision stays with your teams.
