Between the assignment and the shortlist
- Finding the right profiles. The agency's database is rich, but keyword search misses candidates who would have been a fit.
- Checking everyone's interest. Before submitting a candidate, you need to make sure they're available and interested, and that takes phone calls.
- Consistent submissions. Every recruiter formats submissions their own way, and the client ends up comparing documents that look nothing alike.
How the Recruit CRM integration works
- You authorize the connection. A Recruit CRM administrator grants access from Delectus during setup.
- Database and assignments synced. Job postings, applications and resumes arrive in Delectus, read-only.
- From search to submission. Explained search results, prescreening by the agents, a transcribed interview and the client submission.

What the Recruit CRM integration brings to an agency
Recruit CRM is built for recruitment agencies and combines candidate tracking with client relationship management. The agency runs its assignments and its sales pipeline there. The Delectus integration keeps that setup and adds AI to the candidate side: reading, finding, prescreening and presenting.
For an agency, results are measured by how good and how fast the shortlist is. Those are exactly the two points where the integration saves time, without changing tools or methods.
Finding the right profiles for an assignment in your database
Every synced resume is read by AI and turned into a structured profile. When an assignment comes in, you describe it, and Delectus ranks the profiles in your database with a match score and the reasons behind it. The search compares career paths rather than words: a candidate who described the same experience in different terms still comes up.
You can also type your search the way you'd say it to a colleague, then filter by experience, skill or location. Past candidates who fit a new assignment are suggested without you having to search.
Checking interest and availability before you submit
For shortlisted profiles, the SMS prescreening agent introduces itself as an AI, asks for the candidate's consent and first checks their interest and current situation, then asks the assignment's questions. It can also chat on WhatsApp. If there's no reply after two reminders, the voice prescreening agent calls, then alerts you if the person still can't be reached.
Interested candidates pick an interview time from your real open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams. A notification lets you know as soon as a candidate replies.
Consistent candidate submissions for your clients
After the interview, held over video in Delectus with a live transcript and a report organized by topic, the candidate submission is generated in your agency's branding. The recruiter adds their assessment, proofreads, then sends it as an export or a share link the client opens without creating an account.
Every submission on a shortlist follows the same structure, whichever recruiter sends it. The client compares quickly, and every submission keeps its versions: you know what was sent, to whom and when. If the client asks, the submission goes out anonymized.
Rolling out the Recruit CRM integration at an agency
You get started one assignment at a time. Once Recruit CRM is connected, your database is read by AI, and the first assignment you describe in Delectus immediately shows the suggested profiles and why. You launch prescreening on the ones you like, then run the interviews and prepare the submissions.
An independent recruiter can do it all solo. At an agency with several recruiters, the shared history of every conversation keeps two people from unknowingly contacting the same candidate for two different assignments.
What the Recruit CRM sync leaves in place
The sync is read-only: Delectus reads your job postings, applications and resumes without writing anything to Recruit CRM. Your sales pipeline and clients stay in your CRM. Synced data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models.
Frequently asked questions
Does Delectus replace Recruit CRM?
No. Delectus works alongside Recruit CRM for database search, prescreening, interviews and candidate submissions. Your CRM stays in place.
Does Delectus change data in Recruit CRM?
No. The sync is read-only; nothing is written or changed in Recruit CRM.
How do I connect Recruit CRM to Delectus?
During setup, a Recruit CRM administrator authorizes the connection from Delectus. Your database, job postings and applications then sync automatically.
Can I generate candidate submissions in my agency's branding?
