From first message to booked interview
For shortlisted candidates, the SMS prescreening agent sends a first message, says it's an AI and asks for the candidate's consent. It then asks the job's questions in a natural conversation, adapts its tone to a candidate who's in a hurry or hesitant, and offers an interview in your actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams.
A candidate who'd rather talk can ask for a call. The voice prescreening agent calls them at the time they chose. And if messages go unanswered after two follow-ups, the voice agent also takes over, before alerting the recruiter.
The recruiter stays in control throughout. They see the conversation in the candidate profile, can pick up the thread themselves at any time and get a notification when a reply comes in. The agent makes no decisions: it gathers answers and organizes next steps.

When the interview comes around, the candidate profile brings together their summary, their prescreening answers and the role's interview kit. The interview can take place on video in Delectus, with a real-time transcript and a report by theme at the end. The recruiter reviews, compares and decides.
What a typical flow looks like with the onlyfy integration
An application comes in on a Tuesday evening for a sales role in France. It's synced into Delectus, read and ranked among the three profiles closest to the role. The next morning, the recruiter approves the shortlist, and the SMS prescreening agent texts the candidate.
The candidate replies at noon, confirms their availability and expectations, and picks a slot on Thursday. The recruiter walks into the interview with the profile summary and the candidate's answers, without having made a single call.
