Talention integration: talent you nurture, then actually reach out to

The Delectus Talention integration builds on the talent relationship work you already do. Profiles and applications arrive in Delectus, are compared with every new role, and the prescreening agents reach back out to the people you choose.

The agents take it from there

  • Resumes read, ranked and explained
  • SMS screening agent
  • Voice prescreening agent
  • AI-led or assisted interview
Job postings, applications and resumes from Talention flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Talention: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

Staying in touch with talent takes time

  • Talent spotted, then forgotten. You flag an interesting profile for later. When the role opens, nobody thinks to get back in touch.
  • Follow-up that depends on one person. Follow-up often hinges on the memory of the recruiter who met the candidate. If they move on, the connection is lost.
  • A talent pool that's hard to search. Finding the right profiles for a specific role means knowing the exact words they used.

How the Talention integration works

  1. Connection. A Talention admin authorizes Delectus to read your recruiting data.
  2. Sync. Job postings, applications and resumes come into Delectus automatically, with no changes in Talention.
  3. Matching and re-engagement. Every new role surfaces close profiles, which the agents reach back out to at your request.

What does the Talention integration let you do?

Talention is recruiting software used by German-speaking companies, notably to keep in touch with candidates over time. Delectus doesn't replace that work. It builds on it to turn it into actual hires.

With the Talention integration, synced profiles are read by the AI and matched to every role you open. The relationship you've nurtured becomes a call or a message at the right moment.

Match your talent to every new role

When you post a job, Delectus searches the database for matching profiles and suggests them to you with a fit score and its reasons. You can also search in plain language, for example "digital project managers with agency experience, open to Paris", then narrow down by experience, skills or location.

Each candidate profile keeps the history of conversations, your notes, your tags, the salary discussed and the notice period. A recruiter who takes over a role knows where the relationship stood.

From nurturing to the first conversation

For the talent you select, the SMS prescreening agent writes in French, introduces itself as an AI, asks for the person's consent and checks their interest and availability before talking about the role. If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls, and you're notified if nobody could be reached.

Those who are interested are offered an interview in your open slots. The others stay in your talent pool, with a record of the conversation.

The agent doesn't talk about the role like a generic job ad. It asks the questions set for that role, answers the candidate's questions based on the job posting and notes what it doesn't know for the recruiter. The re-engaged candidate gets a specific conversation, not a mass message.

Example: someone you met last year

A quality engineer was met at a trade show a year ago. She wasn't available, and her profile was kept for later. When a similar role opens in France, Delectus suggests her among the most relevant profiles, with the reasons and the record of the previous conversation.

The recruiter selects her. The SMS prescreening agent texts her, recalling the context, checks that she's interested and offers a call with the recruiter. The relationship you nurtured turns into an interview, without anyone having to remember her.

Talent who aren't interested for now stay in the pool, with the date and gist of the conversation. The next time a similar role opens, the recruiter knows when they were contacted and what they said.

A talent pool shared by the whole team

Follow-up no longer depends on one person. Each profile's notes, tags and history are visible to the whole team, and tasks let you hand a follow-up to a colleague. When a recruiter changes jobs, the relationships with the talent they were following stay in the tool.

A read-only integration

Delectus reads data from Talention and writes nothing to it. Your campaigns, statuses and content are still managed in Talention. Profiles processed in Delectus are hosted in the European Union, are never used to train models and follow your retention periods.
