Avionté integration: AI agents for your temp assignments

The Avionté integration brings the jobs and candidates your staffing agency tracks in Avionté into Delectus. For assignments that have to be filled within days, Delectus ranks candidates, gets them prescreened by text or phone and flags the ones who are available and ready to go.

Job postings, applications and resumes from Avionté flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Avionté: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

Temp staffing doesn't leave time to wait

  • Assignments to fill by tomorrow. A client calls on Friday for Monday. You have to find, reach and confirm candidates within hours.
  • Candidates out in the field. Temp workers are often on assignment, on a job site or on the shop floor, and rarely pick up when the agency calls.
  • Checks for every assignment. Driver's license, certifications, shifts, travel radius: every assignment has its own requirements to check before putting someone forward.

How the Avionté integration works

  1. Connection. An administrator on your Avionté account grants access from Delectus during setup.
  2. Sync. Jobs, candidates and resumes arrive in Delectus, with no changes at all to Avionté.
  3. Prescreening. The agents reach out to candidates, check the assignment's requirements and pass the answers on to you.

What is the Avionté integration?

Avionté is software used by staffing and temp agencies to manage their assignments and candidates. The integration brings that data into Delectus, read-only, so the prescreening agents can put it to work.

Your assignment management stays in Avionté. Delectus reads the jobs and candidates, then works on them, without writing anything back to your tool.

Text messages: the right channel for temp workers

A candidate on a job site won't pick up, but they'll read their texts on break. The SMS prescreening agent texts them, introduces itself as an AI, asks for their consent, then checks the assignment's requirements in a few short messages: availability on the start date, driver's license, required certification, shifts, distance.

If the messages go unanswered after two reminders, the voice prescreening agent calls. If the candidate still can't be reached, the recruiter is alerted and can move on to the next one without wasting time.

Answers don't get lost in a notebook. Every conversation is kept in the candidate profile, with the answers filed by criterion, and a notification lets the recruiter know as soon as a temp worker confirms. When several colleagues share the week's assignments, everyone can see at a glance who has already been contacted and for which assignment, so nobody calls the same person twice.

Checking each assignment's requirements

The prescreening questions come from the job. For a forklift operator, that means the forklift certification (CACES) and shift hours; for a front desk assignment, Saturday availability and the required dress code. The agent understands free-form answers, like "I have my CACES 3 but it expires soon", and follows up to get the date. Those details land in the candidate profile, filed by criterion.

Finding the right temp workers in your database

Synced candidates join the Delectus candidate database. When an assignment comes in, the tool suggests matching candidates you already know, and you can search in everyday language, for example "order pickers, CACES 1, Rungis area". Your best temp workers get contacted first, before you post another job ad.

Example: twelve forklift operators by Monday

Friday at 3 p.m., a logistics client asks for twelve forklift operators for Monday at 6 a.m. The assignment, synced from Avionté, arrives in Delectus. The tool suggests known temp workers who hold the required CACES and live near the site, then new applications ranked against the same criteria.

The agency approves about thirty names. The SMS prescreening agent texts them right away to check their availability on Monday, the 6 a.m. start and whether their CACES is still valid. Answers come in through the afternoon, the voice agent calls those who didn't reply, and the recruiter confirms all twelve before the agency closes, making only the calls that matter.

Staying within the rules

The agents always state that they're an AI, and the candidate can end the conversation at any time. Data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. The decision to put a temp worker forward to the client stays with the agency.

Frequently asked questions

Does Delectus replace Avionté?

No. Avionté remains your management tool. Delectus works alongside it for candidate prescreening and searching your database.

Does Delectus change data in Avionté?

No. The sync is read-only. No assignment and no candidate is changed in Avionté.

How do I connect Avionté to Delectus?

An administrator on your Avionté account authorizes the connection from Delectus during setup.

Can the agent check a driver's license or a certification?

It asks the question and records the candidate's answer, with useful details like an expiration date. Checking the actual documents is still done by the agency.

Can candidates reply on WhatsApp?
