Vincere integration: get candidates in front of clients faster

The Delectus Vincere integration picks up your assignments, candidates and their resumes so AI can put them to work as soon as a client gives you a role. Profiles in your talent pool are ranked with their reasons and prescreened by text or phone, and your client submissions are ready sooner.

  • Resumes read, ranked and explained

Job postings, applications and resumes from Vincere flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Vincere: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

What slows recruiting down, even with Vincere

  • A talent pool that grows faster than anyone can read it. Every assignment adds dozens of profiles to Vincere. Finding them at the right moment means knowing your own records inside out.
  • Clients who compare agencies. When several agencies work the same role, the one that presents a solid shortlist first often gets the edge.
  • Back-to-back prescreening calls. Availability, pay expectations, notice period: these checks take up a large part of a recruiter's week.

How Delectus connects to Vincere

  1. You authorize the connection. A Vincere administrator approves access from Delectus during setup.
  2. Your talent pool arrives in Delectus. Jobs, candidates and resumes are picked up automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in Vincere.
  3. The agents take it from there. Every resume is ranked with its reasons, then the prescreening agents reach out to the shortlisted candidates.

How does the Vincere integration work?

Vincere is recruiting software designed for agencies: it brings together candidate, client and assignment tracking. Setup starts with an authorization: an administrator on your Vincere account approves access from Delectus. There's nothing to install, and your teams don't change their habits in Vincere.

From then on, your jobs, candidates and their resumes arrive in Delectus automatically. Every resume is read by AI and becomes a structured profile, compared with open roles. The prescreening agents only contact the candidates you've shortlisted.

Each role's criteria and prescreening questions are set in Delectus. You can start with a single assignment to check the first rankings, adjust the criteria if needed, then extend to other roles once your recruiters have validated the results.

Vincere and Delectus: who does what?

Delectus doesn't replace Vincere. It handles the repetitive tasks that stand between a client request and a shortlist: finding profiles, checking their interest and conditions, preparing interviews and submissions.

In practice, your recruiters open a candidate profile where the resume is already analyzed, a summary lays out the profile's strengths and gaps, and the prescreening answers are sorted by criterion. The kanban board shows where every candidate stands, tasks are shared across the team and a notification flags every reply.

Finding candidates for a new assignment in your Vincere talent pool

When a client gives you a role, you describe the assignment the way you'd explain it to a colleague. Delectus compares that description with the resumes picked up from Vincere and suggests the closest profiles, each with a match score and the reasons behind it: an equivalent role, a key skill present, a compatible region.

The search doesn't depend on the exact words the candidate wrote. A "supply chain manager" also comes up for a "logistics director" assignment if their background fits. Finalists from past assignments are suggested on their own when a new role looks like theirs.

A shortlist presented to the client in one format

Once you've met the candidates, Delectus generates the candidate submission from the profile, in the agency's branding. The recruiter adds their take from the interview, proofreads, then sends it as an export or a link the client opens without an account. Versions are kept: you know what went out, and when.

When every submission on a shortlist follows the same structure, the client compares quickly and focuses on the candidates, not the layout. It's also simpler for an agency where several recruiters work for the same client.

Example: a financial controller role handed over on a Tuesday

A manufacturing client hands the agency a financial controller role. The recruiter describes the assignment in Delectus, and about fifteen profiles picked up from Vincere come up, including two candidates met last year for a similar role.

The SMS prescreening agent texts them that same day. The next day, five have replied, and three are available and within the pay range. The recruiter runs the interviews with the question kit and the transcript, then sends three submissions to the client by the end of the week.

What the integration changes, and doesn't change, in Vincere

Nothing is changed in Vincere. The connection reads your data without writing it back, and your teams keep managing clients and assignments there as before.

On the Delectus side, data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. Candidates are told they're talking to an AI, and decisions stay with your recruiters. Retention periods follow your own GDPR rules.

Frequently asked questions

Does Delectus replace Vincere?

No. Vincere remains your system of record. Delectus works alongside it to read resumes, prescreen candidates and prepare interviews and submissions.

Does Delectus change data in Vincere?

No. The connection is read-only: Delectus picks up your jobs, candidates and their resumes without writing anything to Vincere.

How do I connect Vincere to Delectus?

During setup, an administrator on your Vincere account authorizes access from Delectus. Candidates and resumes then arrive automatically.

Can several recruiters at the agency use Delectus?

Yes. Each recruiter works on their own assignments, and the shared conversation history keeps you from contacting the same candidate twice for two different roles.

Do candidates know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. The SMS and voice prescreening agents introduce themselves as an AI from the very first exchange and ask for the candidate's consent.
