How the Compleet integration works

1. Connection. An administrator on your Compleet account authorizes Delectus during setup.
2. Read-only. Jobs, candidates and resumes are copied into Delectus, with no changes to Compleet.
3. End-to-end follow-through. Ranking, prescreening, the interview and the submission all happen in Delectus.

What is the Compleet integration?

Compleet is recruiting software. The integration links your account to Delectus, which reads your jobs, applications and attached resumes without writing anything to Compleet. You keep your tool and your setup.

Reading and ranking every application

As soon as an application arrives, the AI reads the resume and compares it with the job's criteria. The candidate takes their place on the list with a match score and the reasons behind it, broken down criterion by criterion. The AI summary sums up their strengths and gaps for the role, and the AI chat answers the specific questions you have about their background.

A candidate ranked low on the list isn't rejected. They stay visible, and the recruiter can move them forward if they see something in their background the criteria didn't account for. The criteria themselves can be changed at any time, and the ranking is recalculated.

Reaching out and prescreening without spending the day on it

The SMS prescreening agent texts shortlisted candidates, states that it's an AI and asks for their consent. It asks the job's questions, follows up if an answer is missing and adapts its tone. Candidates can also chat on WhatsApp. If there's no reply after two reminders, the voice prescreening agent calls; if the call doesn't connect, you're alerted.

When a candidate is a fit, the agent offers an interview in your real open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams.

A notification lets the recruiter know about every reply. On the job's kanban board, they see who was contacted, who replied, who's prescreened and who has an interview. Follow-ups that need to be done by hand can be assigned to a colleague as a task.

Reporting on the interview without rewriting it

The interview takes place over video in Delectus, with the role's question kit and a live transcript. At the end, the report analyzes the answers by topic, with quotes. It forms the basis of the candidate submission, generated in your format, reviewed, then shared by link or as an export. Every version of the submission stays in the history.

Setting up the Compleet integration

Setup starts with connecting the account, authorized by a Compleet administrator. Open jobs and their applications then arrive in Delectus. You usually start with one or two jobs, long enough to check the rankings and prescreening questions with the recruiters involved.

Once those settings are approved, usage extends to other jobs. Recruiters keep tracking their candidates in Compleet as before, and find the work the agents have already done in Delectus.

Example: an administrative assistant role

For an administrative assistant role, about forty applications come in over a few days. Delectus ranks them by experience, proficiency with the required tools and availability. The recruiter keeps twelve; the agents check their expectations and preferred hours, and offer a time slot to the candidates who are a fit.

The following week, the recruiter runs five video interviews, reads the reports and sends the hiring manager two reviewed submissions. They didn't have to call a single candidate back to ask the basic questions.

Framework and privacy

Data synced from Compleet is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. The agents identify themselves as an AI, and no decision is made on the recruiter's behalf.
