Say you need to replace an order picker by Monday. Applications come in on Wednesday. Delectus reads them as they arrive and ranks them on the job ad's criteria: warehouse experience, forklift certification if needed, distance to the site. By Thursday morning, the SMS prescreening agent has already texted the top candidates, introduced itself as an AI and asked about their availability and hours. The ones who fit have a meeting in your calendar.
Candidates who haven't replied after two follow-ups get a call from the voice prescreening agent. You're alerted if the call doesn't get through.
