How the CareerPlug integration works

1. You authorize the connection. An administrator on your CareerPlug account grants access from Delectus.
2. Each location's applications arrive. Jobs, applications and resumes are read from CareerPlug, read-only.
3. The agents take it from there. Ranking, prescreening by text or phone, scheduling: every location gets candidates who are already prescreened.

What does the CareerPlug integration bring to a multi-location network?

CareerPlug is recruiting software used in particular by franchise networks and multi-location businesses, where each location posts its own jobs.

With the CareerPlug integration, Delectus reads those jobs and their applications without changing anything in your account. Screening and prescreening work the same way for every location, which gives headquarters a common method and gives local managers candidates who are ready to meet.

Prescreening that no longer depends on the manager's schedule

For a crew member or sales associate role, the longest part isn't the interview. It's reaching candidates. The SMS prescreening agent texts them as soon as their application is shortlisted, says it's an AI, asks for their consent and asks the job's questions: accepted shifts, weekends, availability, distance from the location. Candidates reply when they can, including in the evening.

If the messages go unanswered after two reminders, the voice prescreening agent calls. In the end, the location manager sees completed candidate profiles and interviews booked in their open slots, instead of a list of numbers to call back.

Example: twenty crew members to hire before summer

A restaurant chain needs to staff up before the busy season. Each location posts its job in CareerPlug. In Delectus, applications from every location are read and ranked, and the SMS prescreening agent asks each shortlisted candidate whether they're available in July and August, whether they're OK with late closings and how far away they live.

Managers get candidates who have already agreed to the hours, with an interview slot the candidate picked. Those who didn't find a spot at their restaurant remain available to the other locations.

Location managers don't become recruiters overnight. The role's interview kit gives them the questions to ask and the criteria for scoring the answers, and the candidate profile shows them what the agent has already checked.
