How the JobAffinity integration works

1. You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin on your JobAffinity account authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
2. Applications arrive in Delectus. Jobs, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in JobAffinity.
3. The agents take over. Every resume is compared with the job, then the prescreening agents reach out to the candidates you shortlist.

What does the Delectus JobAffinity integration add?

JobAffinity is a French recruiting software: it centralizes your jobs, posts your listings and tracks your applications. Delectus adds to it by doing part of the work the ATS leaves to the team: reading resumes, reaching out and preparing interviews.

You keep JobAffinity to publish and track your jobs. Delectus takes what comes in and gives you back applications already screened, prescreening answers neatly filed and interviews prepared.

Screen JobAffinity applications without rereading everything

Every resume pulled from JobAffinity is read by AI and compared with the job's criteria. You get a ranking with, for each candidate, a match score and its reasons: experience close to the role, a must-have skill present, a compatible location. A summary covers the profile's strengths and gaps.

No candidate is set aside without you. The ranking lets you read the closest matches first, and the score breakdown lets you check why a candidate is placed where they are.

Prescreen by text and by phone

For shortlisted candidates, the SMS prescreening agent sends a first message, introduces itself as an AI and asks for the candidate's consent, then asks the job's questions. It understands free-form answers, follows up when an answer is vague and spots answers that contradict each other. The conversation can also take place on WhatsApp.

If there is no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls the candidate. If the person still can't be reached, you get notified. When the answers fit, the agent offers a meeting in your actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams.

Give past candidates another chance

Applications pulled from JobAffinity enrich your candidate database in Delectus. When you open a new job, the tool suggests past candidates who match it, with the same reasons as for new applications. You can also search your database in plain language and narrow it down by experience, skills or location.

Prepared, comparable interviews

For each role, Delectus prepares an interview kit with questions and scoring criteria. The interview can be run by Alicia, the AI interviewer, or by you by video, with a real-time transcript and suggested follow-up questions. At the end, a report by theme helps you compare candidates on the same basis.

Your JobAffinity data stays untouched

The connection is read-only: Delectus pulls your jobs, applications and resumes without writing anything to JobAffinity. The data retrieved is hosted in the European Union, is not used to train any model and follows your retention periods.
