With the TRAFFIT integration, Delectus receives applications to do the selection work. Your setup in TRAFFIT, with your stages and your jobs, doesn't change.

Candidates see no change in how they apply. What changes is what comes next: a quick first conversation with the prescreening agent, and an interview offered in the recruiter's actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams.

What Delectus adds to TRAFFIT

The first benefit is the ranking. Every resume is read and compared with the job, and the recruiter sees a fit score with its reasons. For a specific question, the AI chat queries the profile. Past candidates who match a new job are suggested too.

The second is outreach. The SMS prescreening agent texts shortlisted candidates, introduces itself as an AI and asks for their consent before asking the job's questions. The conversation can also happen on WhatsApp. If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls. If the candidate still can't be reached, the recruiter is notified.

Hiring for France from a Polish ATS

Companies and agencies using TRAFFIT also hire in France, for example for service centers or distributed teams. The Delectus agents talk with candidates in French, read resumes in several languages and apply the same criteria to everyone.

Data is hosted in the European Union, candidates are told that AI is being used, and the decision stays human.

Each candidate profile keeps the full history: messages, call transcripts, answers to the job's questions, team notes. A recruiter based in Poland and a manager based in France read the same information.

A TRAFFIT admin authorizes the connection from Delectus. Job postings and applications then come in automatically, with no file exports. You start with one job to fine-tune the criteria and prescreening questions, and to choose the agents' channel, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on candidates' habits.

Recruiters keep tracking their hiring in TRAFFIT. In Delectus, they read the rankings, follow the agents' conversations and prepare interviews. When a candidate replies, a notification lets them know.

What stays in your hands

The AI ranks, summarizes and reaches out, but makes no decisions. Every ranking comes with its reasons, every prescreening answer with its transcript, and the recruiter decides who moves forward. Data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models.

Interviews ready to share

After prescreening, the interview can take place on video in Delectus with the role's interview kit. The real-time transcript and the report by theme give the manager a solid basis for deciding, without depending on notes taken on the fly.

For a first round, the interview can also be run by Alicia, the Delectus AI interviewer, at a time that suits the candidate. The recruiter reviews the report and chooses who meets the manager.
