What happens after the application
- Many candidates attracted, little time for each. A polished careers site draws a crowd. The screening that follows is still heavy work for recruiters.
- Candidates waiting to hear back. The candidate had a great experience online, then waits days for a callback. The experience breaks down just when it matters.
- Interviews prepared at the last minute. Between meetings, hiring managers discover the resume right before the interview, with no common framework.
How the Phenom integration works
- Connection authorized during setup. An admin authorizes Delectus to read your platform's recruiting data.
- Read-only sync. Jobs, applications and resumes arrive in Delectus automatically. Nothing is changed on the Phenom side.
- Screening, qualification and interviews in Delectus. The agents read resumes, contact candidates and prepare the interview with the role's criteria.
The Phenom integration: who does what between Phenom and Delectus?
Phenom is a candidate experience platform used by large companies, focused on the careers site, personalized job content and guiding candidates up to their application. Its main job is to attract and convert the right people.
The Delectus Phenom integration focuses on what comes next. Once the application is recorded, Delectus reads the resume, compares it with the role, reaches out to the candidate for prescreening and prepares the interview. The two tools don't step on each other, and nothing is written to Phenom.
Keep the momentum after a great application
A candidate who just applied is available and interested. That's the moment to talk to them. The SMS prescreening agent writes to them quickly, says it is an AI, asks for consent and asks the job's questions. The candidate replies when they can, from their phone. If there is no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls them, and the recruiter is alerted if they still can't be reached.
When the answers fit, the agent offers a meeting in the recruiter's real availability. The candidate goes from application to scheduled interview without a stretch of silence.
Explainable screening at high volume
Every resume is read and compared with the role's criteria. The recruiter sees applications ranked, each with a match score and its reasons. They open a summary of the strengths and gaps for the role, and can query the profile with the AI chat. No candidate is set aside without a human decision.
Hiring managers better prepared for interviews
For each role, Delectus prepares an interview kit with questions and scoring criteria. During the video interview, the transcript appears in real time and the tool suggests follow-up questions. The final report organizes the answers by theme, so the hiring manager and the recruiter decide on the same facts.
Example: hiring work-study apprentices
A large company launches its work-study apprenticeship campaign. Thanks to the careers site, applications pour in within a few days. In Delectus, every resume is read and ranked by target degree program, work-study schedule and location. The SMS prescreening agent checks with each shortlisted candidate their school, start dates and the proposed schedule.
Mentors receive prescreened candidates, with a meeting set and a tailored interview kit. Candidates, for their part, get a quick answer after a carefully prepared application, which carries on the experience the careers site offered.
Transparency for the candidate
The agents always say they are an AI. The candidate can stop the conversation at any time. Data is hosted in the European Union and is not used to train any model.
