eRecruiter integration: faster selection with AI agents

The eRecruiter integration lets Delectus receive your job postings, applications and resumes to screen them and prescreen candidates with AI agents. eRecruiter remains your recruiting software, and nothing in it is changed.

The agents take it from there

  • Resumes read, ranked and explained
  • SMS screening agent
  • Voice prescreening agent
  • AI-led or assisted interview
Job postings, applications and resumes from eRecruiter flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in eRecruiter: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

What slows down multi-site hiring

  • Searches running in parallel. Several sites, several roles, and the same team keeping track of it all.
  • Criteria applied differently. From one recruiter to the next, the first screen doesn't always follow the same rules.
  • Candidates who are hard to reach. Frontline candidates rarely answer email and seldom pick up during the day.

How the eRecruiter integration works

  1. Connection. During setup, an eRecruiter admin authorizes the connection from Delectus.
  2. Sync. Job postings, applications and resumes come in read-only.
  3. Screening. Ranking, prescreening and interviews happen in Delectus.

What is eRecruiter?

eRecruiter is recruiting software from Poland, used by employers to manage their job postings and applications.

The eRecruiter integration adds Delectus to that tool, read-only. Your jobs and stages are still managed in eRecruiter, and selection gets the right tools in Delectus.

Candidates apply as before, through the job ads and careers page managed in eRecruiter. They then get a quick first conversation with the prescreening agent, which reduces the number of candidates who drop out for lack of news.

The same criteria for every site

When a company hires across several sites, a consistent first screen matters as much as a fast one. In Delectus, the criteria come from the job posting and apply the same way to every resume. Every ranking comes with its reasons, so a manager can quickly check the work done at another site.

Experience, skills and location filters help build a shortlist per site, and you can search the candidate database in plain language to find past candidates close to the role.

For a role that comes up often, like an operator or a picker, past candidates are also suggested with every new job. Those who were almost hired last time are contacted first.

Reach frontline candidates

Frontline candidates read their texts more readily than their email. The SMS prescreening agent texts them, introduces itself as an AI, asks for their consent and asks the job's questions: hours, driver's license, availability, travel area. If there's no reply, two follow-ups go out, then the voice prescreening agent calls. Background noise is filtered out for calls taken on a job site or in the car.

Answers land in the candidate profile, and the recruiter only calls back the candidates they want to meet.

When the answers fit, the agent offers an interview in the site manager's open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams. The candidate picks a time with no email back-and-forth, and the site manager is notified.

How the eRecruiter integration works

The connection is authorized from Delectus by whoever administers eRecruiter. Job postings and applications then come in automatically, site by site. For each type of role, you define the assessment criteria and the questions the agents will ask, then check the first rankings.

Site managers find the candidates for their jobs in Delectus, with their answers to the prescreening questions. Tasks are shared among team members, and everyone can see where each candidate stands on the job's kanban board.

Example: twenty operator roles across three sites

A manufacturing company opens twenty operator roles across three sites. Applications come in through eRecruiter, then into Delectus, where they're ranked. The SMS prescreening agent checks each candidate's acceptance of shift work, nearest site and availability date. Each site manager gets the list of prescreened candidates for their site.

Data, transparency and decisions

Candidate data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. The agents identify themselves as AI, and no decision is made without your team.

Any candidate can end the conversation with the agent at any time, and their request is respected.
