Crelate integration: AI agents for your agency

The Crelate integration lets your agency find the candidates and assignments it tracks in Crelate inside Delectus. Delectus ranks every profile against the need, has its SMS and voice agents prescreen the best ones, then helps you prepare the interview and the submission you'll present to the client.

The agents take it from there

  • Resumes read, ranked and explained
  • SMS screening agent
  • Voice prescreening agent
  • AI-led or assisted interview
Job postings, applications and resumes from Crelate flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Crelate: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

A day in the life of an agency recruiter

  • Assignments that all land at once. Three clients follow up on the same day. Each assignment needs its own search, its own list and its own calls.
  • A rich database that's slow to work. Years of candidates live in Crelate. Finding them by keyword brings back too many profiles, or the wrong ones.
  • Follow-ups that fall through the cracks. When you're juggling several assignments, some candidates never get a follow-up and end up accepting elsewhere.

How the Crelate integration works

  1. Authorized access. An administrator on your Crelate account authorizes Delectus to read your data during setup.
  2. A read-only copy. Assignments, candidates and resumes arrive in Delectus. Nothing is changed in Crelate.
  3. The work, automated. Ranking, prescreening, scheduling, the interview and the client submission all happen in Delectus.

Crelate integration: what is it for?

Crelate is software that combines candidate tracking and client relationship management, used by recruitment agencies. The integration applies the work Delectus automates to that data, without changing how you work in Crelate.

Data flows one way. Delectus reads your assignments and candidates, analyzes the resumes and makes them searchable. Crelate stays your system of record, and nothing is written back to it.

Running several assignments in parallel

Each assignment gets its own kanban pipeline in Delectus, from first contact to client submission. Candidates are ranked there with their match score and the reasons behind it, so you can see at a glance where to focus your calls.

Tasks are split among team members, and a notification arrives as soon as a candidate replies to an agent. When a colleague picks up an assignment in progress, they immediately see who was contacted, who replied and what they said.

Follow-ups that no longer depend on your memory

The SMS prescreening agent reaches out to shortlisted candidates, introduces itself as an AI and asks for their consent before asking the assignment's questions. With no reply, it follows up twice, then the voice prescreening agent calls. If the candidate still can't be reached, you're notified.

No candidate is left waiting because their assignment got buried under another one. And when a candidate is interested, the interview is booked in your real open slots, synced with Outlook or Teams.

Searching your Crelate database in plain language

Synced candidates become structured profiles in the Delectus candidate database. You can type "HVAC technicians, driver's license, Nantes area" and find similar backgrounds, even if the exact word doesn't appear in the resume. Filters on experience, skills and location then narrow down the list.

Example: three assignments on the same Monday

Monday morning, three clients follow up with the agency: an accountant role, a maintenance technician role and a field sales role. In Delectus, the three assignments synced from Crelate each have their own list of ranked candidates, with past candidates from the database suggested alongside new applications.

The recruiter approves about ten profiles per assignment. The agents reach out to them while the recruiter prepares for the day's meetings. By late afternoon, they know who's available, who's on the fence and who has already accepted elsewhere, and they spend their calls on the candidates who said yes. Interviews are booked on their real calendar, with no email back-and-forth.

Presenting candidates to the client

The interview takes place over video in Delectus, with a question kit and a live transcript. The topic-by-topic report and the AI summary form the basis of the candidate submission, generated in the agency's branding, reviewed by the recruiter and sent by link or as an export. Data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models.

Frequently asked questions

Does Delectus replace Crelate?

No. Crelate remains your agency's tracking tool. Delectus works alongside it for resume screening, prescreening and preparing submissions.

Does the Crelate integration change our data?

No. Delectus reads your assignments, candidates and their resumes without writing anything to Crelate.

How do I connect Crelate to Delectus?

An administrator on your Crelate account authorizes the connection from Delectus during setup. Data then arrives automatically.

Can several recruiters work on the same assignment?

Yes. The pipeline, notes, tasks and conversation history are shared among team members.

Who decides to present a candidate to the client?

Always the recruiter. Delectus ranks, prescreens and prepares, but never presents or rejects a candidate on its own.
