- You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin of your Talentech tool authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
- Applications arrive. Jobs, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only. Nothing is changed in Talentech.
- Selection gets equipped. AI ranks and explains, the agents qualify, interviews are transcribed.

Delectus focuses on one specific moment: selection. AI reads every resume against the job's criteria and explains its assessment. The agents check the role's conditions with candidates. Interviews are prepared, transcribed and summarized so the decision rests on facts.
A reasoned assessment of every application
Each candidate gets a match score, along with the reasons behind it and a summary of their strengths and gaps. The AI chat lets you check a specific point in the resume, such as a certification or experience abroad. Nothing is decided for you: the ranking helps you read in the right order.
From prescreening to interview
The SMS prescreening agent introduces itself as an AI, asks for the candidate's consent and asks the job's questions. It also communicates over WhatsApp, and the voice prescreening agent calls if messages go unanswered after two follow-ups. Answers arrive filed by criterion.
The interview takes place by video in the platform, with the role's question kit, a real-time transcript and suggested follow-up questions. The report by theme and the recording remain available to hiring managers who weren't there.

A financial services company is hiring four accountants. Applications pulled from Talentech are ranked, the SMS agent checks availability and expected pay, and the administrative manager runs the interviews with a shared kit. She then compares the reports, theme by theme, with the CFO.

Setting up the Talentech integration
An admin authorizes the connection during setup. You then pick a first role, check its criteria in Delectus and look at the first rankings. Next, you review the SMS agent's questions and the interview kit proposed for that role, and adjust them if needed.
Once that first hire is done, you extend the setup to other jobs. Your teams keep using Talentech for tracking and HR processes, and work in Delectus for selection, qualification and interviews.
Talentech integration: your data stays untouched
The connection is read-only: nothing is written to Talentech. The data retrieved is hosted in the European Union, is not used to train any model and follows your retention periods.
