Hand prescreening to agents

The SMS prescreening agent writes to shortlisted candidates. It says it is an AI, asks for the candidate's consent and asks the job's questions, such as start date, notice period, expected pay or preferred remote work arrangement. It spots a contradictory answer and asks for clarification. If there is no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls, and then the team is alerted.

Meetings are booked into recruiters' real availability, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams. The team only steps back in for candidates to move forward or answers worth discussing.

A first interview run by AI, if you want one

For high-volume roles, the first interview can be handed to the AI interviewer, by video, at a time the candidate chooses. It follows the role's interview kit, follows up when an answer stays vague and produces a report by theme. For later rounds, the assisted interview transcribes the conversation in real time and suggests follow-up questions.
