1. Who processes your data

The data controller is DELECTUS AI, a société par actions simplifiée (French simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €4,000, registered under RCS Paris 106 469 042, whose registered office is located at 14 rue d'Amsterdam, 75009 Paris, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@delectus.ai.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover the Delectus platform itself, which is governed by a separate contract with each client company.

2. The demo request

The demo form collects your name, your work email address and, if you provide it, your phone number. We add the page you sent it from and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, used only to block abusive submissions.

This data has a single purpose: getting back to you and setting up the demo you asked for. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The request is stored in the website's database, hosted by Microsoft Azure, and our team is notified by email. Your email address and name are also passed to HubSpot, our sales tracking tool. They are never sold or transferred.

3. The agent trials

The agents you can try on this website — the interview and the voice call — are demonstrations. The name, email or phone number you enter there are used only to personalize the scene playing out in front of you: they stay in your browser, are not sent to any server, and disappear as soon as you leave or reload the page.

No real interview is scheduled, no real call is made, and no one is contacted after a trial.

4. The camera and microphone

The interview agent trial shows your own image, as a video call would. Your browser asks for permission at the exact moment the interview starts — never when the page opens, nor during the demo you scroll through.

This stream never leaves your device: it is not recorded, sent or analyzed. It is only used to show you to yourself. Turning off the camera or microphone stops the track itself rather than hiding it, and hanging up stops it for good — your device's indicator light goes off, which is the visible proof. Declining permission does not prevent you from taking the interview.

5. Analytics and cookies

This website uses three third-party tools that set cookies or similar identifiers:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google), to measure page traffic;
  • the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms), to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram;
  • HubSpot, to link a demo request to the pages viewed before it was sent.

You can delete or block these cookies at any time in your browser settings. Data collected by Google and Meta may be transferred outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by those companies.

6. Retention periods

What you enter in a trial is not kept at all: it lives in the browser tab and goes away with it. A demo request is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to contact@delectus.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

8. Changes

This policy may change as the website evolves. Each published version replaces the previous one. Last updated: October 12, 2026.
