What slows recruiting down, even with Exelare
- Several clients to serve at once. Every client has its own roles and deadlines. Running all the searches at the same time takes flawless organization.
- Candidates you've already met, to find again. The right profile is sometimes already in the database, met for another client. Finding them depends on the recruiter's memory.
- Submissions to reformat. Every submission means redoing the resume in the agency's format and adding the interview summary.
How Delectus connects to Exelare
- You authorize the connection. An Exelare administrator approves access from Delectus during setup.
- Your talent pool arrives in Delectus. Jobs, candidates and resumes are picked up automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in Exelare.
- The agents take it from there. Every resume is ranked with its reasons, then the prescreening agents reach out to the shortlisted candidates.
How does the Exelare integration work?
Exelare is recruiting software used by recruitment and staffing agencies. Setup starts with an authorization: an administrator on your Exelare account approves access from Delectus. There's nothing to install, and your teams don't change their habits in Exelare.
From then on, your jobs, candidates and their resumes arrive in Delectus automatically. Every resume is read by AI and becomes a structured profile, compared with open roles. The prescreening agents only contact the candidates you've shortlisted.
Each role's criteria and prescreening questions are set in Delectus. You can start with a single assignment to check the first rankings, adjust the criteria if needed, then extend to other roles once your recruiters have validated the results.
Exelare and Delectus: who does what?
Delectus doesn't replace Exelare. It handles the repetitive tasks that stand between a client request and a shortlist: finding profiles, checking their interest and conditions, preparing interviews and submissions.
In practice, your recruiters open a candidate profile where the resume is already analyzed, a summary lays out the profile's strengths and gaps, and the prescreening answers are sorted by criterion. The kanban board shows where every candidate stands, tasks are shared across the team and a notification flags every reply.
Serving several clients without losing track
Each role has its own kanban pipeline in Delectus, from first contact to submission. On every candidate, you find the notes, tags, pay expectations, notice period and conversation history, including the prescreening agents' conversations.
At an agency with several recruiters, follow-ups and next steps are split up as tasks. A notification lets you know as soon as a candidate replies, and nobody unknowingly contacts the same candidate twice for two different clients.
Finding the candidate you already met for another client
Resumes picked up from Exelare become searchable in plain language. When a new role looks like the background of a candidate you've already met, the tool suggests them on its own, with their score and the reasons behind it.
You also see what happened the last time you were in touch: their prescreening answers, your notes, the salary discussed. You pick up the conversation where it left off, without starting from scratch.
Example: two clients looking for the same profile
Two of an agency's clients are looking for a sales operations manager at the same time. Delectus surfaces the closest profiles from the Exelare database for each one, taking each client's specific criteria into account.
The SMS agent prescreens candidates on each role's location and salary. The recruiter presents each client with the candidates who fit them, in submissions that share the same format.
What the integration changes, and doesn't change, in Exelare
Nothing is changed in Exelare. The connection reads your data without writing it back, and your teams keep managing clients and assignments there as before.
On the Delectus side, data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. Candidates are told they're talking to an AI, and decisions stay with your recruiters. Retention periods follow your own GDPR rules.
