Hiring for the shop floor
- Very concrete requirements. Rotating shifts, certifications, heavy lifting: everything has to be clear before the interview.
- Candidates who are hard to reach. An operator on shift rarely picks up the phone during the day.
- Team leads tied up with production. The people hiring have a line to keep running. Every pointless interview costs them.
How the Talent360 integration works
- Connect. A Talent360 admin authorizes access from Delectus.
- Read-only. Jobs, applications and resumes arrive in Delectus, with no changes to Talent360.
- Requirements checked. The agents collect the answers, then the interview is booked into the shop floor's open slots.
What can the Talent360 integration do?
Talent360 is recruiting software that keeps your jobs and candidates in one place.
The Talent360 integration connects it to Delectus, read-only. Your data stays untouched in Talent360. Delectus reads the applications, ranks them for each role and hands the first conversations to its prescreening agents.
Check the requirements of a shift role
For a production operator or line operator role, a few answers are enough to know whether an interview makes sense: willingness to work shifts, certifications held, experience on a specific machine, start date. The SMS prescreening agent asks these questions after introducing itself as an AI and getting the candidate's consent, and the candidate answers at the end of their shift. The conversation can also happen on WhatsApp.
Would the candidate rather get a call? They pick the time, and the voice prescreening agent calls them then, filtering out background noise. If there's no reply after two text follow-ups, the voice agent calls on its own.
Example: a new night shift
A manufacturing plant is setting up a night shift and needs to hire twelve operators. The jobs are managed in Talent360. In Delectus, applications are ranked on production experience and distance to the site. The SMS prescreening agent asks each shortlisted candidate whether they're OK with night work, whether they've worked on an automated line and when they could start.
The team lead meets the candidates who said yes to everything, with a meeting booked into their open slots and a set of questions on safety and teamwork.
Fewer pointless interviews for the shop floor
The team lead only meets candidates whose answers fit. They have the completed candidate profile, a summary of the candidate and a set of questions suited to the role. The meeting lands in their real open slots thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams, and they decide what happens next.
Get ready for the next hiring waves
Candidates you don't move forward today stay searchable. When the plant opens a new shift or gears up for a busy period, candidates close to the role are suggested to you with their score and the reasons behind it. Data is hosted in the European Union.
