Justifying your choices takes rigor
- Lots of applications per role. Some jobs get dozens of applications. Reading them all with the same care is hard.
- Criteria applied differently. Two recruiters don't read a resume the same way. The final selection becomes hard to explain.
- Incomplete records. When you need to revisit a decision, the interview notes don't always say what drove it.
How the GuideCom integration works
- Connection. A GuideCom admin authorizes Delectus to read your recruiting data.
- Sync. Job postings, applications and resumes arrive in Delectus, read-only.
- Documented assessment. Every resume and every interview is assessed on the role's criteria, with the reasons.
A GuideCom integration for traceable selections
GuideCom is recruiting software used in German-speaking countries. For teams hiring under demanding selection rules, it helps to be able to show how each candidate was assessed.
The GuideCom integration brings that traceability without changing your tool. Delectus reads job postings and applications, and every step of the assessment leaves a clear record: why a resume is ranked where it is, what the candidate answered, what came out of the interview.
Delectus doesn't override your organization's rules. The criteria, questions and stages remain the ones you define, and Delectus applies them the same way to every candidate.
The same criteria for every resume
The job's criteria apply the same way to every application. Each resume gets a fit score broken down criterion by criterion, with the parts of the resume that support it. No candidate is rejected by the AI: the ranking helps you read, the recruiter decides.
Reading based only on the role's criteria limits the influence of factors unrelated to the job. The rankings still need checking, which is exactly why they're explained.
Interviews that leave a usable record
The role's interview kit sets the questions and scoring criteria for every candidate. During the video interview in Delectus, the transcript is produced in real time. The final report analyzes the answers by theme and quotes the passages behind each assessment.
Both sides are told the interview is recorded, and the recording follows your retention periods. If a decision has to be explained later, the report shows what was said and against which criteria.
Prescreening follows the same logic. The SMS and voice prescreening agents ask every shortlisted candidate the same questions, defined with the role, and file the answers by criterion. Nobody gets a shorter first call because it was a busy week.
Example: a role that gets a hundred applications
An administrative assistant role gets about a hundred applications. All of them are read by the AI and ranked on the same criteria. The recruiter starts with the top twenty, reads the reasons behind each ranking and checks a few profiles further down the list.
Shortlisted candidates go through identical prescreening, then an interview with the same interview kit. When it's time to choose, the hiring committee compares answers quoted in the reports rather than impressions.
Keeping candidates informed
The agents say they're an AI in the very first message or the first seconds of the call, and ask for the candidate's consent. Your privacy notice can state that AI tools help you analyze applications and that decisions are made by your team.
Read-only access and EU hosting
Nothing is written to GuideCom. Data processed by Delectus is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. Candidates are told when an AI agent is talking with them.
