Beamery integration: from talent pool to interview, faster

The Delectus Beamery integration pulls the jobs, applications and resumes managed in your platform so AI can move them forward to the interview. Every profile is read and explained, interested candidates are qualified by text or phone, and your interviews are prepared.

Job postings, applications and resumes from Beamery flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Beamery: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

The gap between a nurtured talent pool and a hire

  • Engaged talent, not yet qualified. A candidate who opens your campaigns isn't necessarily available or aligned on pay. That still needs checking.
  • Recruiters swamped by volume. Between open jobs and talent pools to nurture, there's no time to reach each person at the right moment.
  • Interviews that are hard to compare. Every recruiter asks their own questions. When it's time to decide, candidates haven't been assessed on the same basis.

How the Beamery integration works

  1. You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin of your Beamery platform authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
  2. Profiles arrive in Delectus. Jobs, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only. Nothing is changed in Beamery.
  3. AI connects them to the job. Every resume is compared with the job, then the agents contact shortlisted candidates and prepare interviews.

What does the Delectus Beamery integration add?

Beamery is a talent relationship management platform used by large companies to nurture their talent pools and track their hiring. It's good at staying in touch with people who aren't necessarily looking right now.

Delectus takes over when a specific role opens. AI tells you which of those profiles really match the job and why. Then its agents start the conversation to find out whether the person is available, interested and aligned with the role's conditions.

Move from interest to qualification

The SMS prescreening agent writes to shortlisted candidates, introduces itself as an AI and asks for their consent before going further. It then asks the job's questions, understands free-form answers and adjusts its tone for someone hesitant or in a hurry. The conversation can also take place on WhatsApp.

If the candidate would rather talk, or doesn't reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls them. At the end, the recruiter finds in the candidate profile the answers to each criterion, the points to check and, if everything fits, a meeting already booked in their open slots.

Prepared, comparable interviews

For each role, Delectus prepares an interview kit with questions and scoring criteria. The interview can be run by Alicia, the AI interviewer, for a first round, or by the recruiter by video, with a real-time transcript and suggested follow-up questions.

At the end, a report analyzes the answers by theme, technical skills, soft skills and motivation. Hiring managers read the summary and the candidate's quotes, and the decision is made on information that's comparable from one candidate to the next.

Example: a talent pool of sales profiles

A services company has been nurturing a pool of B2B salespeople for months. When three roles open in two regions, Delectus ranks the profiles pulled from Beamery by how close they are to each job. The SMS agent contacts the top twenty to check their availability and territory. About ten reply within the day, and interviews are booked in the regional managers' calendars.

Candidates who weren't selected stay in your Beamery talent pool as well as in the Delectus candidate database. When a sales role opens in a third region, the tool suggests them again, along with the answers they already gave.

Setting up the Beamery integration, step by step

Setup starts with an admin authorizing the connection. You then pick a first role, check its criteria in Delectus and look at how AI ranks the profiles pulled from Beamery. If a criterion is too broad or too strict, you adjust it before going further.

Next comes prescreening. You review the questions the agent will ask, the tone of the first message and the slots you open. Once you've watched the first conversations, you extend the setup to other jobs. The team stays in control at every step and can take over a conversation at any time.

Beamery integration: your data stays put

The connection is read-only. Delectus pulls your jobs, applications and resumes without writing anything to Beamery. Your campaigns, talent pools and their history stay as they are.

The data retrieved is hosted in the European Union and is not used to train any model. It follows your retention periods, and the decision stays with your teams.
