Hiring a whole team at once
- Several roles at the same time. Opening a location means hiring a manager, account reps, a technician and an assistant, often with the same start date.
- Managers out in the field. The future location manager is busy getting it ready. They have little time to screen.
- A tight timeline. Every week of delay in hiring pushes back the opening.
How the JobScore integration works
- Authorization. An admin on your JobScore account authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
- Read-only sync. Applications and resumes arrive in Delectus, and nothing is changed in JobScore.
- Selection and prescreening. The agents rank, reach out and prepare the interviews.
The JobScore integration: two tools that complement each other
JobScore is your recruiting software: you post jobs and track candidate progress there. Delectus adds an AI layer on what comes in. Each resume is read and compared to the job, with an explained fit score, and shortlisted candidates are contacted by the prescreening agents.
Your teams don't have to change how they post. In Delectus, they find applications that are already screened, prescreening answers neatly organized and interviews prepared.
Example: opening a regional office
A services company is opening an office in Rennes and needs to hire six people in six weeks. The jobs go out from JobScore. In Delectus, each role has its criteria, and applications are ranked as they arrive. Local candidates who have held a similar role come out on top.
The SMS prescreening agent checks their availability, ability to relocate or commute and expectations, then offers a meeting on the future office manager's calendar, synced with Outlook. The manager runs their interviews with a kit of questions for each role and a report at the end of each one.
The future office manager doesn't need to read the dozens of applications received. For each role, they see the five or six closest candidates with their prescreening answers, and they choose who to meet. The other applications stay searchable, and none is set aside unless a person decided so.
Compare candidates on the same basis
When several people meet the candidates, opinions easily diverge. The Delectus interview kit sets the questions and criteria for each role, and the report analyzes the answers by topic: technical skills, soft skills and motivation. You compare answers, not impressions, and the recording stays available if a point needs a second listen.
Reach back out to candidates who almost got the job
A search's finalists don't disappear. Their applications, imported from JobScore, stay in your Delectus candidate database, and when a similar role opens, the tool suggests them on its own. The SMS agent can text them to see whether they're still interested.
What doesn't change for your managers
Managers don't have a new tool to learn to give feedback. They receive the shortlisted candidates, with the summary and the prescreening answers, and can comment directly in the candidate profile or through a task you assign them. Interviews show up in their Outlook or Teams calendar. What changes is that they meet fewer candidates, and better-prepared ones.
Your JobScore data stays untouched
Delectus reads. It doesn't write. Your jobs, applications and statuses stay as they are in JobScore. The imported data is hosted in the European Union.
Frequently asked questions
Does Delectus replace JobScore?
No. JobScore stays your recruiting software. Delectus adds resume analysis, prescreening and interviews on top of it.
Does Delectus change data in JobScore?
No. The connection is read-only.
How do I connect JobScore to Delectus?
An admin on your account authorizes access from Delectus during setup.
Can we run several roles in parallel?
Yes. Each job has its own criteria and its own kanban pipeline, and the agents work on all of them at the same time.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union. It isn't used to train any model.
