d.vinci integration: applications read, ranked and prescreened

With the d.vinci integration, applications for your jobs arrive in Delectus, where every resume is read and ranked against the role. The prescreening agents then take over with candidates, and your recruiters stay in control of every decision.

The agents take it from there

  • Resumes read, ranked and explained
  • SMS screening agent
  • Voice prescreening agent
  • AI-led or assisted interview
Job postings, applications and resumes from d.vinci flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in d.vinci: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

A well-defined process, but a lot of manual work

  • Clear stages, repetitive tasks. The approval flow is clear. Yet reading every resume and reaching every candidate still has to be done, one application after another.
  • Recruiters covering several countries. One team handles roles in Germany and France, with candidates who don't reply at the same times or in the same language.
  • Uneven interview notes. Depending on the recruiter and how much time was left, interview notes are either detailed or two lines long.

How the d.vinci integration is set up

  1. Authorization by an admin. The d.vinci admin authorizes Delectus to read your recruiting data, once, during setup.
  2. Read-only sync. Job postings, applications and resumes come into Delectus automatically, without changing anything in d.vinci.
  3. Screening, prescreening, interviews. Your team finds ranked applications, prescreening answers and prepared interviews.

What is the d.vinci integration for?

d.vinci is German recruiting software. Organizations that use it often have structured hiring processes, with well-defined stages and approvals.

The integration keeps that framework intact. Delectus reads job postings and applications to do what the process leaves to recruiters: reading resumes, contacting candidates, preparing interviews and keeping a usable record of them. The approval flow stays the one you set up in d.vinci.

Consistent resume reading from one recruiter to the next

When several recruiters share the roles, each one reads resumes their own way. In Delectus, every application is compared with the same criteria, the job's, and gets an explained fit score. The recruiter sees why a profile ranks at the top and can challenge the ranking.

An AI summary sets out each candidate's strengths and gaps for the role. For a specific question, the AI chat queries the profile, for example to find out whether the person has managed a team or worked in your industry.

Prescreening agents for your roles in France

For roles open in France, the SMS prescreening agent contacts candidates in French, introduces itself as an AI and gets their consent before asking the job's questions. It spots an answer that contradicts another and asks for clarification. If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls, and the recruiter is alerted if nobody could be reached.

The recruiter finds the answers sorted by criterion, and a candidate who fits is offered a slot on the calendar.

Interviews that are comparable and documented

The role's interview kit sets the questions and scoring criteria. During the video interview in Delectus, the transcript scrolls and the agent suggests follow-ups on topics not yet covered. At the end, a report analyzes the answers by theme (technical skills, soft skills and motivation), quoting the relevant passages.

These reports follow the same structure for every candidate on a role. That's what lets you compare candidates and justify a decision without depending on everyone's personal notes.

Setting up the d.vinci integration without disrupting the process

Setup starts with authorization from the d.vinci admin. Job postings and applications then arrive in Delectus. Teams usually pick a few roles to start with, often the ones that get the most applications or those of the French subsidiary, and check the first rankings with recruiters before extending to other jobs.

Meanwhile, nothing changes in d.vinci: approvals, stages and postings carry on as before. Recruiters save time on reading resumes and reaching out, without relearning their main tool.

Data and privacy

The sync is read-only: nothing is written to d.vinci. Data processed by Delectus is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. Retention periods follow your rules.
