Talent Clue integration: from resume screening to interview, with AI agents

The Talent Clue integration connects your ATS to Delectus: job postings, applications and resumes come in read-only, and the AI agents screen, prescreen and prepare interviews. Talent Clue remains your recruiting software, and nothing in it is changed.

  • Voice prescreening agent
  • AI-led or assisted interview
Job postings, applications and resumes from Talent Clue flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Talent Clue: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

What's missing between application and interview

  • A fast first screen. Applications pile up faster than anyone can read them.
  • A first conversation with every candidate. Checking interest and availability takes calls you don't always have time to make.
  • A written record of interviews. Impressions stay in the recruiter's head and are hard to share.

How the Talent Clue integration works

  1. Connection. During setup, a Talent Clue admin authorizes the connection from Delectus.
  2. Sync. Job postings, applications and resumes come in automatically, read-only.
  3. Screening. The AI ranks, the agents prescreen, and your team runs the interviews and decides.

What is Talent Clue?

Talent Clue is an ATS from Spain, used by companies to post their jobs and track their applications.

The Talent Clue integration doesn't replace anything. It gives Delectus read access to applications so it can take on selection, while your teams keep using Talent Clue.

For candidates, the application flow stays the one in Talent Clue. The difference shows right after: a quick first conversation with the prescreening agent, instead of a long wait before the first call.

What the Talent Clue integration changes day to day

As soon as an application arrives, Delectus reads the resume and compares it with the job. The recruiter opens a ranked list, with a fit score for each candidate and the reasons behind it. They start with the profiles closest to the role and can still move any candidate forward.

For shortlisted profiles, the SMS prescreening agent gets in touch, introduces itself as an AI and asks for the candidate's consent. It asks the job's questions and offers an interview in your open slots. When the candidate doesn't reply, the voice prescreening agent calls, and the recruiter is notified if the call doesn't get through.

Past candidates in your database are also suggested with every new job, with their score and reasons. You can search the candidate database in everyday language, and the AI chat answers specific questions about a profile based on the resume.

Hiring in Spain and France with the same criteria

A company hiring on both sides of the Pyrenees gets resumes in Spanish, French and English. Delectus reads them all the same way and compares them with the job's criteria, giving you consistent selection across countries. The agents talk with French candidates in their own language.

For a first round, the interview can be run by Alicia, the Delectus AI interviewer, at a time that suits the candidate. The recruiter reviews the report and chooses who moves on to the next round.

Setting up the Talent Clue integration

Whoever administers Talent Clue authorizes the connection from Delectus. Job postings and applications then come in automatically. For a first job, you review the criteria the AI will apply, choose the questions the agents will ask, then check the first rankings, each one with its reasons.

Once that first role is approved, extending to other jobs happens without changing how the team uses Talent Clue.

Data and transparency

The agents introduce themselves as AI and ask for the candidate's consent in the very first message. The candidate can end the conversation at any time. Data is hosted in the European Union, follows your retention periods and is never used to train models. No decision is made without your team.

An interview report you can share

During the video interview, the transcript is produced in real time and the tool suggests follow-ups on topics not yet covered. At the end, a report by theme quotes the candidate's answers. The manager reads it before deciding. Data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models.
