The Eploy integration brings those jobs and applications into Delectus, read-only. Eploy remains your system of record, and Delectus adds AI to the stages that take the most time: reading resumes, prescreening and interview prep.
The same criteria for every candidate
In a campaign with several hundred applications, consistency matters. The job's criteria are used to rank each resume, to frame the agents' questions and to build the interview kit. Every candidate is assessed the same way, and every ranking comes with its reasons: the skill found in the resume, the answer given during prescreening, the moment in the interview that backs up an assessment.
Example: a hiring campaign for a new distribution center
A company is opening a distribution center and needs to hire more than a hundred order pickers, forklift operators and team leads. The jobs and applications are managed in Eploy. In Delectus, each application is ranked for its role. The SMS prescreening agent checks forklift certification for operators, willingness to work shifts and start date.
Recruiters run interview sessions in their open slots, with one kit shared by every recruiter. Each candidate is assessed on the same criteria, and every decision can be explained.
Several recruiters, one method
In a large campaign, several recruiters work in parallel. In Delectus, they share the same kanban boards, the same interview kits and each candidate's history. Tasks are split between them, and no candidate gets contacted twice for the same role.
Prescreen an entire campaign
The SMS prescreening agent contacts the shortlisted candidates, says it's an AI, gets their consent and asks the job's questions. It spots contradictory answers and asks for clarification. If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls, and the recruiter is alerted if the call doesn't get through. The answers, the transcript and the summary are saved to each candidate's profile.
A human decision, on the record
Recruiting is one of the AI uses the EU AI Act classifies as high-risk. Delectus is built so the decision stays human and verifiable: no candidate is rejected automatically, results are explained and the conversation history is kept. Data is hosted in the European Union and isn't used to train any model.
