Avature integration: make your talent pools pay off

The Delectus Avature integration pulls your jobs, applications and the resumes in your talent pools so AI can put them to work, role by role. Profiles are read and ranked, shortlisted candidates are reached by text or phone, and your recruiters walk into interviews with answers already collected.

Delectus AI

The agents take it from there

  • Resumes read, ranked and explained
  • SMS screening agent
  • Voice prescreening agent
  • AI-led or assisted interview
Job postings, applications and resumes from Avature flow into Delectus. Nothing is changed in Avature: you keep your ATS exactly as it is.

When the talent pool grows faster than the team

  • Huge talent pools. Years of applications, job fairs and campaigns pile up. The right person is often in there, but nobody has time to look.
  • Contacts that go stale. A candidate you met a year ago may have changed jobs, cities or goals. You need to reach out again before putting them forward.
  • The same first conversations, again and again. Availability, pay, willingness to relocate: these checks take up recruiters' time before the role is even discussed.

How the Avature integration works

  1. You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin of your Avature instance authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
  2. The data arrives in Delectus. Jobs, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only. Nothing is changed in Avature.
  3. The agents get to work. Resumes are compared with each job, then the SMS and voice prescreening agents contact the people you shortlist.

Avature and Delectus: who does what?

Avature is a talent management platform used by large companies, combining application tracking with talent pool relationship management. It remains your system of record: your processes, campaigns and reports don't change.

Delectus sits alongside it, at the moment you need to turn a talent pool into candidates ready to meet. AI reads the resumes and explains why a profile matches a job, then its agents reach out to candidates to check that they are available and interested.

Wake up an Avature talent pool for a new job

When a job opens, Delectus searches the applications pulled from Avature for people you've already met who resemble it. Each profile comes with a match score and its reasons, such as similar experience or a must-have skill present in the resume. You can also search the database in plain language, then narrow down by experience, skills or location.

A finalist from a previous campaign or a candidate you met at a job fair can come back to the top of the list, instead of waiting for a recruiter to think of them.

Qualify at scale without spending your days on it

For shortlisted profiles, the SMS prescreening agent introduces itself as an AI, asks for the candidate's consent, then asks the job's questions in a real conversation. It follows up when an answer is vague and flags those that contradict each other. The conversation can also take place on WhatsApp.

If there is no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls the candidate. If they still can't be reached, the recruiter is alerted. When the answers fit, the agent offers a meeting in the recruiter's actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams.

Example: a hiring campaign for technicians

A manufacturing company opens twenty maintenance technician positions across several sites. Its Avature talent pools contain hundreds of technical profiles collected over the years. For each site, Delectus suggests the closest candidates, with their reasons. The SMS agent writes to the people shortlisted to check their interest, the area they're willing to work in and their certification, then books meetings in local recruiters' calendars.

Recruiters start the week with interviews already scheduled and answers filed by criterion, instead of a list of numbers to call.

Which teams is the Avature integration useful for?

It's first of all for talent acquisition teams that manage large talent pools and open many roles at once. For them, the bottleneck isn't finding profiles but knowing which ones to contact today and reaching them before other employers do.

It's also for field recruiters who report to a central team. They receive candidates already qualified for their site, with a meeting booked in their calendar, without having to dig through the platform. And hiring managers read a summary and answers filed by criterion rather than a stack of resumes.

Avature integration: your data stays untouched

The connection is read-only. Delectus pulls your jobs, applications and resumes, but writes nothing to Avature. Your statuses, campaigns and history stay as they are.

The data retrieved is hosted in the European Union, is not used to train any model and follows your retention periods. No candidate is set aside without a decision by your teams.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Avature to Delectus?

During setup, an admin of your Avature instance authorizes access from Delectus. Jobs and applications then arrive automatically.
