- Access approved by your admin. During setup, they authorize Delectus to read the recruiting part of UKG Ready. There's nothing to install.

- AI works on every job. Resumes are read and ranked, candidates prescreened by text or phone, interviews prepared.
What does the Delectus UKG Ready integration add?
UKG Ready is UKG's solution for small and midsize businesses. It brings together time tracking, payroll, HR and a recruiting component to track the candidates for each job.
Companies running UKG Ready often have a small HR team handling schedules, payroll and hiring all at once. Delectus takes recruiting work off that team's plate: applications are picked up from UKG Ready, read and ranked by AI, and shortlisted candidates are contacted by the prescreening agents.
Your jobs are still posted from UKG Ready and your HR team keeps its habits. What changes is what recruiters and managers find when they open an application in Delectus: a resume already analyzed, a summary of strengths and gaps, and prescreening answers sorted by criterion.
Resumes read and explained as soon as they arrive
As soon as an application lands in UKG Ready, it's picked up in Delectus, read and compared to the role. The fit score always comes with its reasons, so you can check in a few lines why a candidate is ranked at the top or further down.
Past candidates in your database aren't forgotten. When a new job resembles their background, they're suggested to you with the same explanations. You can also search the database in plain language and narrow it down by experience, skills or location.
Reach candidates at the right time
A candidate who already has a job responds more easily to a message than to a call in the middle of the day. The SMS prescreening agent texts them, introduces itself as an AI, asks for their consent and asks the job's questions. It can also schedule a call from the voice agent at the time the candidate chooses.
When a text goes unanswered after two follow-ups, the voice agent calls. If no one picks up, the recruiter is alerted. Meetings are then booked into your real open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams.
Example: a cleaning company replacing custodial staff
A cleaning company needs to replace three custodians at different client sites. Applications imported from UKG Ready are ranked on proximity to the site and the required hours. The SMS prescreening agent confirms early morning hours and the start date with each candidate, then offers a meeting with the team lead. Within two days, all three roles have prescreened candidates.
Prepared, comparable interviews
For each role, Delectus prepares an interview kit with the questions and scoring criteria. The interview can be run by Alicia, the AI interviewer, or by you over video, with a live transcript and suggested follow-up questions. At the end, a report by topic helps you compare candidates on the same basis.
