The tone of messages sent to candidates can be adjusted too. A company that takes care with its candidate communication keeps the same care in the conversations run by the agents: short messages, a clear introduction, answers to the candidate's questions based on the job posting.

For a company hiring in several countries, Delectus reads resumes in different languages and compares them with the same criteria. The agents talk in French with French candidates, and data is hosted in the European Union and never used to train models.
