Years of applications nobody looks at anymore
- A talent pool that grows but goes unused. Every job brings its batch of applications. Once the role is filled, those profiles are almost never looked at again.
- Search that depends on keywords. Finding a candidate means guessing how they described their job. Those who put it differently stay invisible.
- Reaching out again takes time. Even when you find a good profile, checking that they're still available takes calls and follow-ups.
How the concludis integration works
- Connection authorized. A concludis admin authorizes Delectus to read your recruiting data.
- Talent pool synced. Job postings, applications and resumes arrive in Delectus and become structured profiles, without changing anything in concludis.
- Search and re-engage. You search the talent pool, profiles close to each role are suggested to you, and the agents reach out to them again.
What does the concludis integration change for your talent pool?
concludis is recruiting software used in German-speaking countries. Like any applicant tracking tool, over the years it builds up a pool of people who applied, were interviewed or were almost hired.
With the integration, that pool becomes searchable. Every synced resume is read by the AI and turned into a structured profile: experience, skills, education, languages, location. Search compares career paths rather than words.
Find the right profiles for a role in France
For a role open at your French subsidiary, you type the search the way you'd say it to a colleague, for example "maintenance technician, electrical certification, Lyon area". Filters then narrow the list by experience, skills or location.
When you post a new job, Delectus also searches the database on its own. A finalist you passed on a year ago or a forgotten unsolicited application can rise to the top, with a fit score and its reasons.
Search also works for profiles described in different terms from the job posting. An "operations manager" and a "site manager" may have done the same work: the comparison looks at responsibilities and skills, not job titles. That's often what surfaces candidates nobody would have found by keyword.
Re-engage candidates without spending the day on it
For the profiles you select, the SMS prescreening agent texts the candidate, introduces itself as an AI and asks whether they're interested and available, before asking the job's questions. If there's no reply, two follow-ups go out, then the voice prescreening agent calls. You're notified if the person still can't be reached.
Re-engaged candidates join the job's kanban board next to the new applications and are compared on the same criteria.
Example: an opening at the French subsidiary
A French subsidiary opens a logistics manager role. Before even posting the job, the recruiter searches the talent pool synced from concludis. Delectus surfaces a dozen known profiles, including a finalist from a previous search and two candidates who had applied in Germany with experience in France.
The recruiter reads each summary and keeps five, and the SMS prescreening agent texts them to check their interest. The three who reply positively are offered an interview. The job is only posted to round out that first list.
What the recruiter finds on each profile
Each candidate profile brings together the structured profile, the AI summary of strengths and gaps for the role, the history of applications and conversations, and the team's notes and tags. The AI chat lets you ask a specific question about the candidate's background, and the answer is based on the resume.
Read-only, with data in the EU
The sync works in one direction only. Delectus reads data from concludis and writes nothing to it. Profiles are hosted in the European Union, are never used to train models and follow your retention periods. Before reaching out to a past candidate, check that those periods allow it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Delectus replace concludis?
No. concludis remains your recruiting software. Delectus adds to it to make use of your talent pool, prescreen candidates and prepare interviews.
Does Delectus change data in concludis?
No. Job postings, applications and resumes are accessed read-only. Nothing is written to concludis.
How do I connect concludis to Delectus?
During setup, a concludis admin authorizes the connection. The sync then runs automatically.
Can we search past applications?
Yes. Synced resumes become profiles you can search in plain language, with filters for experience, skills and location.
Are past candidates contacted automatically?
Only the ones you choose. You select the profiles, then the SMS prescreening agent contacts them.
