What does the Delectus Recruitee integration add?

Recruitee is a recruiting software designed to get recruiters and hiring managers working together on applications. It organizes collaboration. Delectus adds what is often missing for a group to decide quickly: information that is prepared and comparable.

Every application retrieved is read by AI, every shortlisted candidate is prescreened by the agents, and every interview produces a structured report. The whole team starts from the same facts.

Screening anyone can check

AI compares every resume with the job's criteria and explains its ranking, criterion by criterion. The hiring manager sees why a candidate is being put forward without rereading the whole resume, and the recruiter can back a choice with facts. Each profile's summary covers its strengths and gaps for the role.

For a specific question, the AI chat queries the profile, for example to find out whether the candidate has worked with a given technology or in a given industry.

Prescreening that no longer depends on who's free

First conversations are handed to the SMS prescreening agent. It says it is an AI, asks for the candidate's consent and asks the job's questions. The candidate replies by text or on WhatsApp. After two follow-ups with no reply, the voice prescreening agent calls, and if the call doesn't go through, the person in charge is alerted.

No more wondering who was supposed to call whom back: every conversation is visible in the candidate profile, and meetings are booked into the team's open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook or Teams.

Shorter debriefs thanks to interview reports

Each job has its interview kit, with questions and scoring criteria. The video interview is transcribed in real time, and the final report sorts the answers by theme, quoting the candidate. When the team meets, it compares answers, not recollections.

Tasks and notifications in Delectus let you split up the follow-up, for example asking a colleague to review a candidate profile or prepare a second interview.

A company is hiring a developer. The recruiter, the tech lead and the head of product track applications in Recruitee. In Delectus, resumes are ranked against the job's criteria, and each of them reads the same summary and the same explained score before giving an opinion.

The SMS agent checks the availability and expectations of shortlisted candidates. Technical interviews are transcribed and scored against the role's scorecard. At the debrief, the three decision-makers compare the interview reports, and the discussion focuses on where their opinions differ.

Delectus reads your jobs and applications without writing anything to Recruitee. Data is hosted in the European Union, is not used to train any model and follows your retention periods. Decisions stay with the team.
