The Kula integration brings your jobs, applications and resumes into Delectus. Nothing is written to Kula. Delectus adds an AI read of every resume, a searchable candidate database and agents that handle the first conversations with candidates.
Put your talent pool to work on every new job
Each time you open a job, Delectus searches the candidates you already know for the ones who fit and suggests them with a fit score and the reasons behind it. A finalist from six months ago shows up before the posting even gets its first applications. For a more precise search, you describe what you need in plain language and narrow it down with experience, skills and location filters.
Example: a product team hiring three developers
A scale-up opens three developer roles. In Delectus, each job gets its applications ranked, and known candidates resurface: someone you met last year for a junior role, who has since gained experience, comes up at the top of the mid-level job. The SMS prescreening agent asks whether they'd be interested and when they could talk.
The recruiting team sees on the kanban board who replied, who needs a follow-up and who has an interview, without keeping a separate spreadsheet.
An AI chat to get through candidate profiles faster
When a manager has a specific question about a candidate, there's no need to reread the whole resume. The AI chat checks the profile for you, for example "has he ever worked on a mobile app in production?", and answers based on the resume. A summary of the candidate's strengths and gaps for the role rounds out the answer.
Follow-ups that no longer depend on anyone
The SMS prescreening agent contacts every shortlisted candidate, says it's an AI and asks for their consent. If there's no reply, it follows up twice, then the voice prescreening agent calls. If the candidate still can't be reached, the recruiter is alerted and takes over. Every step shows on the job's kanban board, and a notification lets you know as soon as a candidate replies.
Prepare and document your interviews
The job's interview kit sets the questions and the scoring criteria. The interview can take place over video in Delectus, with a live transcript and a report by topic. You compare candidates on the same criteria, and you make the call. Data is hosted in the European Union.
