Every resume that comes in from iCIMS is read by AI and compared with the role's criteria. The recruiter gets a ranked list, with a match score for each candidate and what supports it. They can open a profile's summary, see its strengths and gaps for the role, or ask the AI chat a specific question, such as whether the person has managed a team.
No candidate is rejected automatically. The ranking helps you know where to start, and the recruiter remains free to choose.
Prescreening agents that back up the recruiter
The SMS prescreening agent writes to the candidate, says it is an AI and asks for consent before asking the job's questions. The conversation can also take place on WhatsApp. If there is no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls. If it gets no answer, the recruiter is alerted and takes over.
When a candidate fits, the agent offers them a meeting in the recruiter's open slots, based on the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams.
Interviews and summaries
For each role, Delectus prepares an interview kit with questions and scoring criteria. During a video interview, the transcript appears in real time and the tool suggests follow-up questions. The final report analyzes the answers by theme, technical skills, soft skills and motivation, with the passages of the interview that support each assessment.
Example: a sales role open in several cities
A group opens field sales positions in Lyon, Lille and Bordeaux. Applications arrive in iCIMS. In Delectus, resumes are ranked by sales experience, industry and location. The SMS prescreening agent checks with each shortlisted candidate the territory they're willing to cover, whether they have a driver's license and their expected pay.
Regional managers receive candidates who are already qualified, with a meeting booked in their slots and a complete candidate profile. They spend the interview on what matters, the ability to sell and motivation, using the role's question kit.
An integration that's easy to approve
The connection is limited to read permissions on recruiting data. Data is hosted in the European Union and is not used to train any model. Decisions stay with your recruiters and hiring managers.
