Where time gets lost between TempWorks and your clients
- Assignments to fill by tomorrow. In temp staffing, a client order often comes in the day before. Finding the right available person comes down to a few hours.
- Availability that changes every day. A temp worker available on Monday may be on assignment by Tuesday. The information goes stale fast.
- Calls in a row. For one assignment, you sometimes have to call ten people before finding one who's available and interested.
How Delectus connects to TempWorks
- You authorize the connection. A TempWorks administrator approves access from Delectus during setup.
- Your talent pool arrives in Delectus. Jobs, candidates and resumes are picked up automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in TempWorks.
- The agents take it from there. Every resume is ranked with its reasons, then the prescreening agents reach out to the shortlisted candidates.
Setting up the TempWorks integration
TempWorks is software built for temp staffing and placement firms. All it takes is for an administrator of your TempWorks to authorize access from Delectus. Jobs, applications and resumes are then picked up automatically, and every new resume is analyzed as soon as it arrives.
You decide each role's criteria and prescreening questions. The AI ranks, summarizes and prepares. The agents reach out to shortlisted candidates, and you stay in control of every step.
Getting up to speed is quick. One role is enough to see how the AI reads your resumes and how candidates respond to the agents. You then extend to your other assignments at your own pace, without changing how your team is organized.
What Delectus adds to your TempWorks
With TempWorks, your data is well organized. What's missing is the time to put it to use for every new request. Delectus brings an AI read of every resume, a candidate database you can search in plain language and recommendations of past candidates as soon as a role opens.
On the candidate side, the SMS prescreening agent opens the conversation and the voice agent takes over when messages go unanswered. On the client side, candidate submissions are generated in your agency's format, with their versions and a share link. Your team stays in charge of every decision.
Finding an available temp worker within hours
When an order comes in, you describe the assignment in Delectus: role, shifts, location, certifications. Matching profiles picked up from TempWorks come up with their reasons, starting with those who have already worked similar assignments.
At the same time, the SMS agent texts the shortlisted profiles to check their availability on the assignment dates. You see the answers coming into the tracking, and you confirm the assignment with the first available person.
Availability that's checked, not assumed
Rather than relying on availability noted three weeks ago, the agent asks the question when it matters. It also checks the points specific to the assignment: night shifts, driver's license, protective equipment, distance.
Answers are filed by criterion in the candidate profile. If an answer is vague, the agent follows up. If a temp worker doesn't reply, the voice agent calls them, then the recruiter is notified.
Example: five warehouse workers for Monday
On Friday, an agency gets an order for five warehouse workers for Monday morning. Delectus surfaces the temp workers in TempWorks who have already worked in a warehouse in the area.
The SMS agent texts them late in the morning. By 3 p.m., seven have confirmed they're available. The recruiter picks the first five and lets the others know, without spending the afternoon on the phone.
Your TempWorks data stays untouched
The connection is read-only. Delectus picks up your jobs, candidates and their resumes, but writes nothing to TempWorks: your records, statuses and history stay exactly as they are.
Synced data is hosted in the European Union, is never used to train models and follows your retention periods. Candidates contacted by the agents are told from the very first message that they're talking to an AI, and can end the conversation at any time.
