The limits of a well-oiled process
- A clear process, but a slow one. The stages are defined, but each one waits until someone has time to do it.
- Recruiters swamped by screening. Reading resumes and making first calls eats up the time that interviews would need.
- Candidates left without news. Between two stages, a candidate can wait several days, and sometimes give up.
How the Connexys integration works
- Connection. During setup, a Connexys admin authorizes access from Delectus.
- Sync. Job postings, applications and resumes are received read-only.
- Work happens in Delectus. Ranking, prescreening, interviews and summaries, all available to your teams.
Connexys at a glance
Connexys is recruiting software from the Netherlands, now offered by Bullhorn, and used by companies that hire in-house.
Delectus builds on the data you already manage there. The Connexys integration doesn't require changing your process: the stages stay those of your organization, and Delectus speeds up the ones that rely on repetitive work.
What Delectus handles once Connexys is connected
With every new application, the AI reads the resume, compares it with the job and explains its ranking. The recruiter sees the profiles closest to the role first, with a summary of their strengths and gaps.
For shortlisted candidates, the SMS prescreening agent checks the basic requirements. The voice prescreening agent takes over when the candidate doesn't reply to messages. The answers, transcript and summary are visible in the candidate profile, and the candidate can book an interview slot on the recruiter's calendar, synced with Outlook or Teams.
Past candidates in your database aren't forgotten. When a new job is posted, the tool suggests those who match it: a finalist from a previous search, an unsolicited application, a former intern. You can also search the candidate database in everyday language, with filters for experience, skills and location.
Regular updates for every candidate
In Delectus, each job has its own kanban pipeline. A notification alerts the recruiter as soon as a candidate replies, and tasks can be shared among team members: review a candidate profile, call a candidate back, approve a shortlist.
Candidates hear back at every stage, which matters as much for your employer brand as for time to hire.
Every exchange is kept in the candidate profile: the SMS agent's messages, the voice agent's call transcripts, the team's notes and the stage history. A recruiter who takes over an open role knows right away where each candidate stands.
The Connexys integration for a large recruiting team
At a company that hires a lot, several recruiters work in parallel on dozens of roles. With the Connexys integration, each one finds the applications for their jobs in Delectus, already read and ranked by the same rules. The criteria come from the job posting, so two recruiters handling similar roles apply the same scorecard.
The head of recruiting gets a clear view: which candidates have been contacted, which have replied, where the delays are. Interview reports follow the same structure from one role to the next, which makes decision meetings with managers easier.
What you need to get started
Whoever administers Connexys authorizes the connection from Delectus. For a first job, you review the criteria the AI will apply, choose the prescreening questions and check the first rankings. You then extend to other roles, team by team, without changing the process defined in Connexys.
The interview, prepared and written up
The interview kit is built from the job posting, with questions and scoring criteria. For a first round, the interview can be run by Alicia, the Delectus AI interviewer. For later rounds, the recruiter runs the conversation and the agent assists: transcript, suggested follow-ups, report by theme.
Either way, the report quotes the candidate's answers, and the decision is your team's.
