The moments a search gets bogged down
- Comparing complex careers. For an executive role, two profiles can look similar on paper and turn out to be nothing alike. Telling them apart takes time.
- Getting a reply. Target candidates are employed and heavily solicited. Outreach without follow-up easily gets lost.
- Presenting with care. The client expects precise, comparable presentations, which often get written late at night.
How the Stardex integration works
- Authorized access. An administrator on your Stardex account authorizes Delectus during setup.
- Data copied. Searches, candidates and resumes arrive in Delectus. Stardex is not changed.
- Supported work. Summaries, outreach, the interview and submissions are prepared in Delectus.
What does the Stardex integration do?
Stardex is recruiting software. The integration links your account to Delectus so your searches and candidates are available there, read-only, with no re-entry. Your data in Stardex is never changed.
The point is to keep your tool and your habits, and add the work Delectus automates around each search.
Summaries that help you compare
For each candidate, Delectus produces a summary of their strengths and gaps against the search, and a match score broken down by criterion. On a CFO search, for example, you see who has led a fundraising round, who has managed a larger accounting team and who knows the client's industry.
The AI chat lets you ask a specific question about a profile before approaching them, and the answer is grounded in the resume. The final judgment is still yours, but you get there faster.
All of this stays attached to the candidate profile. If the client comes back three months later for a similar role, the summary, the conversations and your notes are still there, and the candidate can be put forward again without starting from scratch.
Outreach followed through to the end
For the candidates you choose, the SMS prescreening agent sends a first message, states that it's an AI and asks for the candidate's consent before going further. It checks interest and availability with short messages and a tone suited to a sitting executive. With no reply, it follows up twice, then the voice prescreening agent calls, and you're alerted if the person still can't be reached.
You can also keep outreach to yourself for the most sensitive profiles, and hand the rest of the list to the agents.
Consistent presentations for the client
After the interview, held over video in Delectus with a live transcript and a report organized by topic, the candidate submission is generated in your firm's format. You add your analysis, then send it by link or as an export, anonymized if needed. The whole shortlist follows the same structure, which makes comparison easier for the client.
Confidential searches: what stays in your hands
Some searches call for complete discretion: an unannounced executive replacement, a role created ahead of a reorganization. In those cases, you can use Delectus to read and compare profiles while handling every outreach yourself.
The summaries, detailed scores and AI chat help you prepare each approach. The interview can then take place over video in Delectus, transcribed and summarized, and the client submission is prepared in your firm's format. At every step, you decide what goes to the agents and what doesn't.
Discretion and data protection
Data copied from Stardex is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models. The conversation history is kept in each candidate profile, so the same candidate isn't approached twice for two searches without you knowing.
