What your HR software doesn't do for you yet
- Reading every application. Tracking is centralized, but reading resumes and spotting the right profiles is still manual.
- Reaching every candidate. Calls to check availability and expectations take time, especially when candidates don't pick up.
- Keeping a useful record. What gets said in the first conversations rarely ends up in the candidate profile.
How the TalentHR integration works
- You authorize the connection. During setup, an admin on your TalentHR account authorizes Delectus to read your job postings and applications.
- Applications arrive in Delectus. Job postings, applications and resumes are pulled in automatically, read-only: nothing is changed in TalentHR.
- The agents take it from there. Each resume is compared with the job, then the prescreening agents reach out to the candidates you shortlist.
What does the Delectus TalentHR integration add?
TalentHR is your HR software: it centralizes your employee information and lets you track your job postings and candidates.
Delectus doesn't replace TalentHR. It sits on top of the recruiting side and takes on some of the work the software leaves to your team: reading resumes, reaching out to candidates and preparing interviews. You keep TalentHR for everything else.
The connection is read-only. Delectus pulls in your job postings, applications and resumes but writes nothing back to TalentHR: your records and statuses stay exactly as they are. The data is hosted in the European Union, is never used to train models and follows your retention periods. The decisions stay with your team.
From application received to interview booked
Between the moment an application arrives and the moment you meet the candidate, there are lots of small tasks: reading, comparing, writing, following up, booking a meeting. That's the time Delectus gives back.
Job postings and applications from TalentHR are pulled in read-only. Each resume is read and ranked with its reasons, the SMS prescreening agent contacts shortlisted candidates, and the interview is booked into your actual open slots, thanks to the calendar synced with Outlook and Teams.
Screen TalentHR applications without reading every one
In Delectus, applications from TalentHR are ranked as soon as they arrive. Each score is explained criterion by criterion, with the parts of the resume that support it. You can also ask questions about a profile in the AI chat, for example whether the person has ever managed a team.
The applications you bring in also grow your candidate database. When a new job opens, Delectus suggests past candidates who fit it, and you can search your database in plain language, then narrow down by experience, skills or location.
Prescreen by text and by phone
Once you've picked the profiles, the SMS prescreening agent gets in touch. It says up front that it's an AI, gets the candidate's consent, then checks the points in the job posting: availability, expectations, willingness to relocate. Candidates reply when they can, by text or on WhatsApp.
When a candidate hasn't replied after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls them. If they still can't be reached, you get an alert. Each person's answers are in their candidate profile, and the interview is booked into the slots you actually have free.
Example: hiring an executive assistant
A services company opens an executive assistant position. Applications arrive in TalentHR, then in Delectus, where they're ranked on experience and command of the required tools.
Shortlisted candidates get a text from the agent, which introduces itself as an AI and asks the job's questions. Those who don't reply get a call from the voice agent. The CEO finds three interviews already booked in his calendar.
Run every interview on the same footing
The interview kit follows the job's criteria, so every candidate is asked about the same points. On a video call in the platform, the transcript scrolls as you talk and the tool suggests follow-up questions. At the end, a report by theme sums up the answers, and the recording stays available if you want to go back to a moment.
