Qualified candidates for every site
The SMS prescreening agent writes to shortlisted candidates, introduces itself as an AI and asks for their consent, then checks what matters for the site, such as shifts, commute, start date or driver's license. The conversation can also take place on WhatsApp, and the voice prescreening agent calls when messages go unanswered after two follow-ups.
When the answers fit, the agent offers a slot in the relevant manager's calendar, synced with Outlook and Teams. The manager gets a meeting and a candidate profile that's already filled in.
The same interview at every site
Each role gets an interview kit with questions and scoring criteria, defined once by the central team. The manager runs the interview by video or relies on a first round run by Alicia, the AI interviewer. Either way, the transcript and the report by theme make candidates comparable from one site to another.
